Tracking said ups then changed to usps . Supposably delivered but never got it. I checked with neighbors and no one has it. I reached out to usps they did a investigation and closed it and said to reach out to the company to get replacement or refund

I ordered two of the Paw Patrol books for my daughter’s birthday. I contacted the team with a query and they got straight back to me, very helpful, very supportive and efficient! The books arrived today and they’re perfect. We got paper back and the quality is amazing. The story is great and the personalisation is brilliant. Absolutely amazing gift idea! Cannot wait for my little one to see them! Will be ordering again :)

Not impressed
My grandson just turned 4 years old, and when I gave him the book in which his name was used for a story character, he told me the character was called Alex on the TV show. I don't think he was convinced that the book was about him helping the Paw Patrol because he could tell the character was Alex. Thanks for trying.
