My 6 month old loves the bubs rice cereal. Other ones on the market have oats or dairy in them, which my bub can’t have. Very thankful to find something that is nutritious and simple, and made in Australia. 🇦🇺

Love the product however, I found the time of delivery was not accurate as per the shipping details. Also, the communication between your business and Australia post was not good. I recognise that Australia post played a part in this as well. I nearly had my order returned as I did not know the attempt had been made to deliver nor that my order had been shipped.

Received the formula very quickly! Which is good, because we can't find the goats milk stage 2 in any shops near by!

Good price point, fast delivery and the food is actually really good. I tried a bit myself nice but not too sweet for bub. So far he's like all the ones he's tried. The only critique I have is that there should be more veggie choices as we are trying not to do so much fruit with him just yet.

Happy with how fast shipping was however disliked how the biscuits came as they were crushed

I’ve been waiting for so long but my formula still hasn’t been shipped. I informed you of the dates when I wouldn’t be home, but you ignored my message and delivered the formula while I was away.
Your customer service email is completely useless, and there’s no other way to contact you. This has been a terrible experience.

My bubs spits up milk rest everything fine.

Only problem is my bubbh spits up a lot of milk.

Started using the Bubs 6+ months enriched organic baby cereals (the only enriched cereal with not just rice flour, it contains wholemeal flour. No preservatives).
Our little girl likes it. Although she already likes quick oats.
The order was slow to get here though compared to other orders we have had.

I still have not got my order. I spent over $200 on formula and I am having to go buy more tubs as I am still waiting for delivery. Ordered over 12 days ago and tracking says its not even on its way yet!

Purchased 400 balls I was missing almost 20 balls , yes I counted them with my niece's.
I mailed the company & they ignored me & did not reply. Although they are nice quality my son also did not take a liking to them, unfair it was a waste of almond $100

I order on November 1 and today i receive email from bubs to rate the experience about what i didn’t receive my order yet and its took more then a week no call number nothing no help nothing I don’t want to give even one star
