Went to the office in Spilsby only to find it closed, despite the door sign stating it’s opening times. A lady who was working nearby said not to trust the opening times, she called the number on the door and was told the owner could be there in 15 to 20 minutes but not for long as she had other appointments.
Sorry you won’t be getting our business or recommendation.

It’s been a dream of mine to visit Japan for the longest time with my best friends and to be perfectly honest I never thought it would ever happen, but thanks to Annette dreams do come true 🥹 She was so helpful with all of our questions and created an itinerary we all love and in everyone’s budget.

Lynne has now organised 3 holidays for me . She listens carefully and asks questions to make sure she understands what you are looking for. Then she goes to work, sorting everything -airport hotel, parking, flights, private transfers and hotel (the Lindosblu on Rhodes was amazing.) If you have any queries she is always personally available to sort them out. What's not to love?

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Split where 14 of us (3 families) stayed in an amazing villa just outside the main city. Although our family wasn't part of the original booking arrangements, our addition to the holiday was seamless. We were also able to contact Lynne directly regarding any little queries and these were answered promptly. How refreshing to have a diligent, named contact! The well-equipped villa surpassed our expectations even though we had been sent photographs and there were many great facilities (eg pool, outdoor kitchen, gym, games room, sauna and even a children's play area so something for everyone). The friendly owner was on hand to welcome us when we arrived at almost midnight. Again, she responded to queries promptly and was able to accommodate our request for a late check out, even coming back to wave us off! Our friends who booked the trip are regular customers of Lynne's and I'm hoping to become one too! Thanks again.

Holiday Review – Hong Kong & Vietnam Adventure

We recently returned from the most incredible trip, and we can’t thank Bucket List Getaway enough for putting it all together so perfectly!

Our adventure started in Hong Kong, where we spent four unforgettable days soaking up the city's energy. We were blown away by the stunning views from Victoria Peak, the dazzling Symphony of Lights, and the amazing underground walkways that let us explore for miles without ever stepping outside. The food scene was a real highlight — from flavour-packed noodles and meatballs to ice-cold Asahi beers in hidden food courts.

Then we flew to Vietnam, where we stayed in the magical town of Hoi An. Floating down the lantern-lit river at night was truly unforgettable — peaceful, romantic, and absolutely beautiful. We wandered the old town streets, enjoyed delicious local dishes, and just fell in love with the atmosphere.

We also had an amazing day trip to the famous Golden Bridge in Ba Na Hills. Walking across that bridge, held up by giant stone hands high above the clouds, was a surreal experience. The cable car ride was spectacular, and the gardens and views were out of this world.

Everything ran smoothly from start to finish — flights, hotels, transfers, and tours were all perfectly planned. Bucket List Getaway made the whole experience completely stress-free and genuinely unforgettable.

Annette was really helpful at the point of booking and I felt she really listened to the type of break I was looking for. She made suggestions that I wouldn't have thought of which were appealing, made a nice change and the knowledge she shared of the area was spot on when I experienced it. She checked in with me leading up to the holiday and during it to check I knew what was happening. Each time I went to check what was happening next, there was already a message to let me know from Annette which made me feel well looked after, she was also swift in sorting out a minor problem at the hotel. Everything went well with the holiday, we all really enjoyed it and I found using an agent really helpful and felt really well supported throughout; thank you!
