Ordered on line. Didn't receive this special cover. Received publication with "Last Chance to purchase" - phoned up to be told that they were "sold out" and would be on a waiting list if there were any returns. Very disappointed. Feel they could have sent an email to explain they had sold out. No apology and almost it was my fault for not phoning the order up in the first instance.

Poor customer contact!
I pre-ordered a set of Queen stamps and so far have only received confirmation of my order nothing else. I have emailed Buckingham Covers to ask when my order may be received but have had no reply as at 14/7/20!
