Leather strap
Unfortunately the quality of the leather strap was poor and I returned it. It was tough and plasticky and would not curve around my wrist. Customer service was excellent a quick refund arranged.

Lucian was very proactive in recognizing an issue with my original order and contacted me with options on how to resolve the issue. The issue was taken care of to my complete satisfaction because Lucian is very good at his job and understands the importance of taking care of customers. Because of the way that I was treated by Lucian I will continue to do business with and recommend Buckle and Band to my friends and family. Lucian provided excellent customer service and your organization is very lucky to have him on your staff.

Hi Emma, please could you send us more information. It sounds like either 1.) You've could have put the linking section on upside down, or 2.) Potentially the incorrect size band has been sent. All of our bands have a locking mechanism, so its not possible for them to slip off. We'd love to help you with this.

Poor service, do not recommend.
Poor service. Like the selection, the prices are reasonable. I'd love to rate the actual product, but shipping is so slow — and customer service is so unresponsive — that I had to ask for a refund on my unshipped purchase.
I have yet to receive a shipping notification (or a response to my refund request) after almost two weeks.
