Good garden room but terrible service

Richard was lovely, and we really liked him, and the team, but our 3 week garden room took 11 weeks to complete, and with little to no communication between week 3 and week 10. An issue with the door, turned into a huge wait, which was never communicated to us.
In the end we contacted other companies to query completion of the work as we had lost faith in Bucks Garden rooms. After many many phone calls to Richard directly and the team, i received a call back from the operations director who managed to get the job completed.
The garden room is lovely, but the service and communication were shocking.
