Easy to order and arrived as promised!!! Made 2 different stews (one with corn cobs!!) and both were very well received!!!
Sorry to miss out on ground bison.

I love bison, apex carnivore so it's programmed into me...Buck Wild Bison is lean, delicious meat...not as much marbling as cattle...so it has a distinctive taste...even the worst cut tastes like the best cut of cattle... Buck Wild's prices are very good, the quantity for the price is better than on par, it is actually less... Shipping (and I can't blame them for this). Big foam box, dry ice and a couple white cold bags....if I was home when the delivery guy came everything would have been frozen solid...I live in S Florida, it gets hot...so the meat was mostly frozen....it's okay, I popped the more frozen stuff from n the freezer, the less frozen got out of the vacuum bag and onto a rack/pan to dry age a day or two in my fridge, and eaten....all good!

The product I purchased was delicious arrived in a timely manner , pleased totally.

Shipping and delivery was relatively quick. The ground bison tastes good. My only issue was a lot of the bison packaging was cut open on the side. So when you’re defrosting it the blood comes out everywhere and made the meat prone to oxidation. I’m guessing it’s from when they tried to separate them with a scissor.

My whole family, except me, were skeptical but these rib-eyes changed their mind. There were NO leftovers! Excellent, excellent, excellent.

So far everything is great- just cooking up the brisket today! Yummy!

The website was very explicit, so I knew just what I was ordering. The variety was extensive, catering to just about every purse. Game meat is expensive to begin with but their many cuts and prices were extremely competitive in relation to other buffalo prices on line. The quality was great.
