Item never came after four years
Placed an order in 2020, item never came. I have sent multiple emails over the years and they have stopped responding. I really just want a refund.

Still expecting an order placed in November 2020… the products got delayed due to Covid but they never reached out and shipped the items after that
I purchased this company's product with a credit card in June 2020, but I have not heard anything yet.
Guys, It's a Scam ....Its only available on Phazor Store just search Flex Buckle. I got this product from there Thank me Later
It is a scam, 3 years and still waiting for production updates.
Unfortunately a scam. Ordered in May 2020 when they pretended to have a product. Since then, only delays, stories that don't add up and most importantly no product. Steer clear!
A kickstarter scam. I have not recieved my product, and I ordered in 2020.
Please do not buy this product, I ordered it in 2020 and am getting no update from them about delivery or delays.
I have emailed the provided contact over and over again trying to get a refund, every time they apologise and say they will sort it ‘immediately’ and then nothing happens. I have contacted again today.
I never post on these review pages but thought it was necessary at this point. I have no idea if they are real or if they are planning on ever delivering but at this point they don’t deserve more orders when they can’t support the current customer base.
Product looks great but I don’t know if you’ll ever receive it.
I ordered shoes and when they arrived the had a terrible smell...was nothing like the ad promoted...no insoles to help with my arches...the bottoms were not skid proof..I work in a job that I walk over 7 miles a day on cement floors and thought this product would be my answer to relieving pain....I was very disappointed and several emails later was told no refund BUT they would give me 30% off another order...are they crazy??? Scammed!!
Like everyone else here I purchased it in good faith, March 21 with an expected delivery of end of March. It's steadily slipped and newest update is 5 months from now. Will have had my money for a year on a product that was supposedly ready for dispatch.
Did want the product now just want the money back as don't support these practices. Not sure the pandemic is an excuse in March 21, had been going on for more than a year at that point.
No faith the product would ever arrive, especially not in 5 months.
Looking to get a refund on order #4118
Update pushed hard for a refund and threatened to go to trading standards etc if no refund given.
Great invention, disappointing for the long delay but the product is great!
I agree with other reviewers that their continuous action to receive new orders when they can't even fulfill the existing has led me to believe it is a scam company.
At this point I should believe my money is gone, oh well, lesson learnt.
DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!
In November 2020 I bought a product from this company. At the time, it was still in production and I was notified that my product would be delivered in January. Because of Covid the production process was delayed. I received many elaborate updates via email explaining the situation, with new promises (end of feb, march). What really annoyed me was that even though this company stated that they had to file for bankruptcy if people massively started to ask for refunds, they still continued advertising on Instagram and Facebook. They also show zero transparency on social media and have disabled the comment section on IG. After spending hours and hours writing emails, even sending DM's to their personal accounts I managed to get a refund. It's not because of the money: I just don't want to support this kind of company. So: such a shame because the product looks cool - but don't waste your time, money and energy to these guys.
PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My dad told me he got their ad on instagram and thought he needed the product so being a good daughter i went on their website and purchased something that i later on realised DOESNT EXIST!!!!!!!!! As other reviewers have said the scamming owners keep pushing the dates back and they will never deliver
Its 2021 and I STILL haven’t heard a word regarding my order even though you said it would be shipped by the end of 2020. I am NOT one of your backers from Kickstarter, but just a customer straight from the website who ordered in JULY! You should not make your products available for purchase if you can’t ship! I would like a refund ASAP order #2135
And why have you blocked me on Instagram and deleted all my comments? POOR service give me my refund
And I don’t care that you presumably start production February and can make footage of it. I want my money back for the product that wasn’t send before the end of 2020 as initially promised.
