I ordered the wrong size bracelet. They helped me get the right size. they communicated with me via email to make sure I had the right size

Terrible quality. Return policy they say EASY -what a joke! Top and dress return would've cost over $35 - out of your pocket! And the return address was complicated and 8 lines! impossible to fill out a form. Had to keep it wasn't worth the hassle of return and getting lost and costing me $35 plus my time at the P.O. Buyer beware! Pictures are deceiving! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Very professional always help people resolved any issue with the orders and some of items are beautiful. Excellent customer service.
I will definitely purchase again if find something really nice.

Wish I had never bought. If I had known the goods were coming from China and that returning an item that didn't fit would be a process of endless email exchanges and ending with expensive postage charges to return to China I would never have bought anything from them. Also, one expects natural materials - polyester? Honestly! What a salutary experience...

I love the accessories from Buddhastone shop. I got many compliments when I wore them. Love the quality and authenticity of the product. I would absolutely buy from them again.

I ordered a pair of.pants and where too small, so I asked for another size. They where really helpful with the orders so I could change it.

I accidentally ordered for delivery to the wrong address, but emailed them and they sorted it out no problem.

The clothes arrived and are good quality but one of the items was too small, another email correspondence and they are sending out a replacement for the correct size for the cost of shipping and no need to return the old item.
The only downside is delivery times are not quick but as long as you know this it’s not a problem.

Buddhastoneshop has so many beautiful pieces to choose from. The website is very friendly and each photo gives a good indication of what the items look like. The customer service is exceptional. Staff have gone above and beyond to help with an item that I purchased. Communication has been swift and very transparent... thankyou for your generosity and your friendliness.

I appreciate the effort but would be wary of buying from a company based in China again.

I ordered three pairs of trousers and they took a couple of weeks to arrive and then weren't as nice as the pictures and didn't fit well so wanted to return. There was a lot of emails trying to persuade me to keep them for a discount but in the end I got a returns address to China which cost me £17!
The parcel has since been at customs for a month so I guess I'm not going to get any money back.

I had to wait weeks for my order a when it finally arrived I was so disappointed. The quality of the clothing is very poor and the 2 tops were rediculously small despite being xxl . The trousers don’t look anything like the video and neither did the tops for that matter. Trying to return these items is so complicated that I won’t bother and I’ll put this down to experience. I definitely will not use this store again.

Update: After my review, the company reached out to me and offered to refund my payment, minus shipping. They also allowed me to avoid shipping the item back. The caveat was that I was encouraged to amend my review here. I was impressed that they reached out, and it was better than nothing. I have changed my star rating from 1 to 3 because while they made some amends, the ordeal wasn’t the best experience. Original review: The sizing isn’t true, and when I tried to return, I was hassled for reasons why it didn’t fit for several days. I finally had to be firm and tell them to send me the return address and quit making a simple apparel return so difficult. When I got the address it was in China, with shipping costs several times more than the item cost. I would never buy from this store again. There is no Zen here! Just frustration.

Unfortunately, I ordered a size too small. I contacted the company and they have been very understanding and helpful in resolving the issue with a replacement item. Good customer service.

I cannot recommend this company. I ordered a shirt, strictly adhering to the sizing guidelines provided on their website, but the item that arrived is too small and unwearable.

The delivery delays were absolutely ridiculous. When I contacted customer service to complain, I was met with an unhelpful, generic canned response telling me to track a package that had actually just arrived.

I have requested a return and a full refund for the entire order—including an inappropriate 'free gift" they threw in—but the overall experience has been highly frustrating. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

I was hesitant at first and I read the instructions on the apparel to either buy one to two sizes up from your normal size and I also read the sizing chart carefully. As a true medium I purchased Large and X-Large as advised and I love the fit, quality and detail on the clothes I purchased. Both orders arrived in a good time frame and tracking was provided.

Stay away from it. There is no refund option and no return option. While you technically can return items, you would have to pay postage to China out of pocket which is likely more than you paid for your purchase. Their 'customer service' offers you to choose alternate items for the same price to avoid a return, but then actually want to charge you for the postage. Frustrating experience, and waste of money and time.

I bought a few necklaces and a ring from them. Both necklaces came very, very tangled, and the chain itself is very cheap. I emailed them to get it returned and they want pictures of it, but I actually took my time and untangled it. It took me about 40 minutes. I told them that I wanted to return it because of the quality. Or lack there of. I will not be buying anything from them again there are things are very cheaply made….

The clothing provided did not fit but on contact an immediate exchange was offered.

I’ve purchased several bracelets over the years for myself and as gifts. They are very high quality and well loved. I strongly recommend this company if you’re looking for meaningful pieces to keep or share.
