Jade accessories
I bought a jade abundance bangle and 2 round jade pendants. The jade accessories received were lovely. However, the bangle size was too big so customer services were contacted. Tashi the customer rep always responded in a timely manner. A resolution has been carried out. A replacement of a smaller size bangle will be sent to me with me covering USD$36 of processing fees, shipping and customs, which is understandable. I am now looking forward to receiving the new jade bangle. I might purchase another purple jade in the future! :)

Good experience all around
Solid color cotton drawstring pants. They are exceptionally well-made. The fabric and design are just right. After receiving the shipment, I requested an exchange for a different size. Buddha Stones was very helpful in making that possible. I'll certainly order from them again.

The customer service is excellent. I appreciate them so much. My dresses don’t fit and I was able, through the help of the customer service support team, to get three different dresses easily. I thank them with all my heart. The dresses are superior quality and so pretty. I love them.

Please note the reply from Buddhastones shop states that the dispute was settled in their favour. This was because it was a paypal dispute and I was unable to respond to questions because I was in hospital having had a stroke. Neither PayPal nor buddhstones took this into consideration. Another example of their extremely poor service.
They are the most uncaring grabbing company I have ever met. To trade under the name of Buddha is laughable. They also blackmailed me by offering an incentive to remove my negative review (20%off future purchases!)as if i’f buy from them again!

Not response to my request for a Refund
Two out of the four pairs of pants I ordered the elastic on the waist was fine. The other two in black and beige bite into my stomach and they are the same style as the others. I am a size 10 so my stomach is small. I emailed customer service about a refund or an exchange nearly two weeks ago. I have heard nothing and been advised the only way to get a response is by leaving a review. #UKBS89166

Customer service is very responsive however, the sizing is very unpredictable. The garment that I ordered arrived and a reasonable amount of time given that it is overseas, however needed to be exchanged for a larger size. That process is currently underway and I’m hopeful that the new size will be a good fit.

They really try to stop you returning for a refund
Clothes OKish but poor quality fabric and very small sizes. Needed to return for refund but they were very difficult about this. Kept trying to persuade me to exchange etc and not providing address. After many emails address was given. They deducted £7.99 shipping cost and my postage to China was twice that so lost over £20. Avoid.

My only slight concern was that they insisted I provide feedback before they would process the replacement order. Feels a bit like blackmail...
The product though is a good quality and there are a lot of options to choose from.

I bought a pair of white cotton wide leg trousers. They took a while to arrive but are beautifully made and definitely 100% crisp cotton, including lining. As regards sizing, I'm a UK 10 and after looking at the size chart, ordered 2XL. They fit perfectly, but do check measurements and the size chart. I'm 5ft 7 and they're ankle length on me. They did take a while to arrive but it was global postage and I knew I was ordering from overseas. Overall, very happy with my purchase.
