Had to wait weeks before delivery!

Much too long between ordering and delivery. The holiday I needed the buddy bottle for came and went before it arrived. Very disappointed

The delay was due to unforeseen supply chain issues at the time, which unfortunately affected our pre-order colours. That said, the good news is that all colours are now fully in stock and being shipped directly from our London warehouse for much faster delivery.

We truly appreciate your patience and hope we’ll have the chance to give you a better experience next time.

Placed my order on may 24th

Placed my order on may 24th. I still have not received my order, despite being told my order was on its way a week ago(via email) it still has not been sent ( their order page, the evri tracking number and the shop app all show this). The only way you can contact customer service is via email which it takes a minimum of 4 days for them to answer and now they don’t seem to be answering them at all. Very disapointed, this has put me off supporting small uk businesses that aren’t local to me.

The Buddy bottle is great however the…

The Buddy bottle is great however the bottle bag I purchased has been very disappointing.
The first time I used it the clip on the strap broke … and the water bottle was only half full.
On emailing the company I was promised a new bottle strap.
4 weeks later and no strap replacement has arrived despite the company owner emailing me to say it had been posted.
All my emails in the last 2 weeks have not been replied to.
Amazing that there is no phone contact for concerns only an email address.
What a way to treat a customer !

It’s really disappointing to hear that the strap broke so quickly, and even more so that the promised replacement never arrived. That’s not the level of service I set out to offer, and I completely understand your frustration, especially with the lack of communication over the past couple of weeks.

We’ve been working through some changes in how we manage orders and customer service, but that’s no excuse for leaving you in the dark. I’m currently looking into a new external fulfilment partner and better systems for customer support, to prevent situations like this in the future.

We hope the refund enables you to find a suitable replacement strap for your bag.

I’ve still not received any of my 2…

I’ve still not received any of my 2 items I ordered! I have emailed numerous times and no one is getting back to me! Opened a dispute and it got closed as they said they would deliver and haven’t! £60+ out of pocket! Scam company as far as I can see!

To clarify:

The dispute you raised was actually the first notification we received that your order hadn’t arrived on time.

We responded promptly to the dispute and believed the matter was resolved, especially as we didn’t hear anything further from you after the resolution.

That said, we’ve now escalated the case with EVRI as we can see there were still delivery issues, which we take seriously.

We’ve processed a full refund, and we truly hope that resolution is satisfactory. More importantly, we hope this doesn’t deter you from shopping with us again in the future—we’d love the opportunity to give you the positive experience you should’ve had the first time.

Great product but a long wait for delivery.

The bottle is good quality and really handy having the little bowls attached. Can’t comment on the bag as it’s not arrived yet. Delivery times are very poor and nothing like the 2-4 business days delivery policy stated. I had to chase the bottle a week after the order. I then ordered the bag on 11 July and it’s now 21 July. Still waiting ….

Great product

Easy ordering with the bonus of an extra dish for free. Fast delivery in great packaging. Seemed quite expensive but on receiving I can see it is well worth the cost as it’s good quality and seems substantially made. Thanks Buddybottle!

What a great bit of kit

What a great bit of kit , if your are into big walks with the dog , and you need to carry water and food , this is it , yes you can buy cheaper, I love mine , I can throw it in my rucksack and walk all day and have enough food and water for the dog

We absolutely love the Buddy Bottle

We absolutely love the Buddy Bottle! The design is sleek, and the quality is exceptional. It's the perfect solution for keeping our dog hydrated and fed during walks. The insulated bottle ensures the water stays cool, and the two detachable bowls are incredibly convenient.
I must also highlight the outstanding customer service provided by Emma. She was professional and responsive!

Arrived damaged

The bottle looks good and sturdy but unfortunately I have received it damaged with a big dent across the side. I have emailed customer services to see if I can get a replacement. Hoping for the best.

Update: Customer Service replaced this promptly at no extra charge and I was really impressed with their responsiveness. Many thanks.

Pretty poor customer service

Pretty poor customer service, wish I had purchased a similar item from Amazon that would have been delivered quickly and issues resolved by an excellent customer service team. Cheaper also.

Understand issues with despatch/manufacture can arise but marking an item as shipped on the courier system when untrue, and not actually getting to them until 4 days later, without any proactive communication with customer a pretty disappointing experience.

Mismatched colour fixings on the bag. Strap silver, bag attachment gold. Not a good look.

Shudder to think what the return experience would be like.

Update 6/6/25 - Having read Emma (founder)'s review, she has missed the point. Why mark an item as despatched when this clearly isn't the case. Dreadful customer experience, and a very defensive stance to a customer query.

While our standard delivery window is 2–4 working days, your order was dispatched and delivered within 7 days due to an unexpected fault with our industrial sewing machine, which we use to hand-make our bags. The fault occurred after packing slips — including yours — had already been printed on Monday.

We responded to your emails within four hours and appreciated your suggestion regarding proactive communication. Once the issue was resolved, we upgraded your shipping to an express 1–2 day service at no additional cost.

We also offered to cancel your order and issue a full refund, but you opted to proceed — which we took as confirmation to fulfil your order as swiftly as possible.

As a small, independent brand, we genuinely strive to provide excellent service and transparent communication, and we’re always learning from customer feedback.
