Caution

I visited the Ontario Store; nice product. I made an appointment two days later for an estimate. Salesman (Ricardo) informed me there would be a $60 (cash) fee for the estimate. I subsequently did some research and discovered the website said, "Free Estimate." I called and spoke to the manager, who apologized and looked into the matter. The manager later called and explained Ricardo attempted to justify the fee based on the distance he had to travel to my residence.

Fast and Easy

It was hard to choose the flooring for my new home considering all the choices that I liked right away. Briniging home a sample helped me make the right choice. I was given an amazing discount so I was able to install more of the flooring I liked throughout my entire downstairs of my home. Ordering the flooring was easy and they had it ready for me fast. I will defaintly go with Buddy's again for more upgrades in my new home in the future.

these guys/gals are great! no wonder insurance companies use them to settle claims. they were on time, efficient,friendly and at the best price. if you download the coupon it's even better!
