Wärmepumpe defekt

Wir haben seit Juli 2024 die Wärmepumpe Buderus Logatherm WLW MB AR. Vom 1.12.2024 bis 24.01.2025 hat es gedauert, bis die Firma Bosch die Außeneinheit reparieren konnte. Am 20.02.2026 ist das Gerät wieder auf Störung gegangen. Die Hotline in Deutschland war zwar erreichbar, hat mich aber an eine Telefonnummer in Österreich verwiesen. Diese war aber bis jetzt nicht erreichbar (läuft nur das Tonband). Die Geräte von Buderus dürften nicht für den Winterbetrieb geeignet sein. Ich bin bis jetzt zutiefst enttäuscht von der Haltbarkeit des Geräts und vom Kundendienst.
