The worst of our place to buy a ticket…
The worst place to buy a ticket they cancel my flight. They didn’t send me any updates on email also they didn’t update the cancellation on Budgit Air account. I called to get another flight. They say we don’t do that and they give me a refund and they deduct the cancellation fee and some other hidden fees so my tickets was five tickets for me and my family and I got to spend almost $2000additional to get another five tickets because it was a season one I found that they canceled it, Communication was very bad agents They not professional and didn’t even speak. The basic Englishand processing was very slow never ever buy ticket from this place even if it’s for free.

Don’t use this booking site! It took a month to get my issue resolved. Their customer service is terrible. Dealing with them nearly gave me a nervous breakdown. Never again!!

I book a ticket under my brother name…
I book a ticket under my brother name on the passenger section. But on the booker section, I put my name, but when the ticket came back, it come under my name. I tried to communicate with the technical support. They told me they cannot change the name so I canceled the ticket and book a new one with the higher price.

No free 24hr cancellation
I thought it was a general rule of thumb in US that you can make cancellations to a ticket within 24 hours without any penalty- I was wrong,
Got charged $200 to make any changes or $500 for cancellations even though I called within 12 hours and travel date was 2 months away,
Other than that their service and prices are good

Booked a ticket and within an hour reached out to say I got a date wrong and want to cancel and rebook. Every airline allows free cancellation upto 24 hrs. But I had to pay big fee inorder to cancel. This forces us to not to use 3rd party ever!! It was too bad of an experience.
