our customer service is completely unacceptable. You have changed my flight 3 times with terrible communication. Your chat agents just stop talking and abandon the conversation. They repeatedly promise to send me confirmation emails but they never send anything.Give me your official corporate address and legal department details right now. DO NOT book your flight tickets with BudgetAir.com. You will absolutely regret it.
I booked tickets to take my son to London, and to this day, I have no ticket and no refund. They have left me in a financial crisis that I am still struggling to recover from. This is not an exaggeration, this company has caused real harm to my family and my finances.
I am writing this review for one reason: to warn anyone who might be considering using their services. Avoid BudgetAir at all costs. They are, without a doubt, the worst company I have ever come across. Please, learn from my experience and take your money elsewhere.
Do not trust them. Do not book with them. Spread the word so others don't make the same mistake I did.

Disappointing and time consuming
For the money "saved" to go with BudgetAir, when a flight change issue comes up that is no fault of the customers, this company does little to nothing to support you. After 20 days of dealing with a solvable problem, I still have no solution and at this time, no way of getting home from a trip that was planned and purchased in 2025.
As someone who has traveled and experienced various flight issues, they usually get solved within a couple of hours or at most a few days. Working with BudgetAir has been a nightmare, with still no solution in sight. They will comment on this post saying they will reach out and help clarify but the likelihood of that "clarity" actually providing a final solution is very low.
I would highly suggest choosing a different booking agency or going directly with the airline, if you are looking for a recommendation to help guide you.

Never book with budget air.
I booked a complete Bali–Toronto itinerary through BudgetAir. After an airline schedule change, the replacement itinerary they provided left an impossible connection and effectively stranded me in Los Angeles.
I contacted BudgetAir 20 days ago and have spent countless hours on calls, emails, researching alternative flights, and even contacting the airlines myself. Despite repeated escalations, they still have not provided a workable solution.
The most frustrating part is that I have essentially had to find the solutions myself. I identified alternative routings and flights, only to repeatedly be told they could not be booked.
When I first raised the issue, a replacement LAX–Toronto flight was around $471 per person. After 20 days of delays, those same flights are now over $1,000 per person. BudgetAir's proposed solution is for me to purchase the replacement flight myself while they contribute only CAD $200 per person.
That does not come close to resolving the problem.
I purchased a complete itinerary to get me home. I should not be left responsible for the rapidly increasing cost of fixing an issue that I reported 20 days ago.
At this point, I am asking BudgetAir to either fully cover a reasonable LAX–Toronto replacement flight or provide an alternative complete routing to get us home.
The booking process may be easy, but based on my experience, when something goes wrong, do not expect BudgetAir to take ownership of fixing it.
I have used Expedia for similar issues and had a resolution within two days, including a substantial travel voucher for the inconvenience. BudgetAir has taken 20 days and still has not resolved my problem.
I will never book through BudgetAir again.

This website has some of the lowest ticket prices.
I found this website through Bookings.com and it had the lowest price for the trip my husband and I were planning. Even though it stated my confirmation booking I for would be available in 96hrs, I received mine in less than 6hrs.
