Price Adjustment mid-checkout.
In the middle of ordering my ticket, the process failed and kicked me out. Ticket was raised by 10 dollars after refreshing. Scummy tactic, I'll likely never use this service again.

Having flights canceled when expecting a simple fix is far from ideal. Tickets are issued automatically according to the exact dates selected during the booking process, which means date modifications are not always possible once completed. Looking into the reservation, the booking was subsequently canceled, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Booking through BudgetAir was simple but their system messed up the middle name and instead merged it into 1 long first name. When I asked them to fix it, they said it is fine, no need. I have heard of people denied boarding when their names are incorrect. What is so difficult to correct it immediately?

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
One of my flights was canceled and the airline refunded me immediately but BudgetAir makes you wait an additional 2-3 weeks AFTER you figure out that you need to contact them to verify they have the funds (in their central billing account) and then refund you. Apparently they are extremely understaffed in that department and take an EXCESSIVE amount of time to release funds back to the customer.
NEVER booking with them again!
Edit: I had disputed through PayPal due to the money not being returned within the days that Frontier stated it was going to take and per PayPal's recommendation. Budgetair emailed me yesterday and asked me to provide them with an "official chargeback withdrawal letter" in order for them to resume action on my refund!! How unprofessional. I'm not doing it. If they decide to not return my money and I cancel the chargeback - I'm never getting it back!

I booked my tickets with budget air for aug 21st from London Gatwick to Jeddah via WIZZ air and return was on 4th of September with Qatar airways from Jeddah to London Heathrow. My outbound flight got cancelled .which was actually a false advertisement because when i searched I got to know that WIZZ air has suspended their flights to Saudi for some time.i put a dispute and ask them to cancel my return flight as they were not able to give me any alternative option.i got my full refund for outbound flight but for my return flight its been 2months I have been fighting for cancellation.its been 2 months I have been calling and the only answer I’m getting is that there is a charge back on your account and we can’t proceed your cancellation till the charge back is cleared it will take 24 to 48 hrs for that to be cleared. They were putting all the blame on the bank but the bank mentioned it clearly to them that it’s them who needs to take off the charge back from the account as the dispute has been resolved. Still till today 15.09.2026 I’m getting the same excuse that it will take 24 to 48 hrs for the charge back to be removed .
I had to call Qatar airways directly for help and it was their good will gesture that they change my return ticket which was on 4th sep 2026 to an open tickets as they believe I was not receiving any help form budget air for the cancellation of my return ticket.if I did not call Qatar airways my self budget air was deliberately delaying my issue and I would have lost all my cancellation money .
I am still waiting for them to resolve my issue but I advice strongly to other customers please avoid this company they are a headache and very unprofessional in dealing with your genuine problems.
I have talked to almost everyone in budgetair customer service and their 24 to 48 hr wait is still not finished.They are as follows

We would like to clarify that we have sent an email providing proof that the chargeback was issued directly by your bank. Additionally, you had booked a combined one-way tickets. Hence, you have two one-way tickets instead of a round-trip ticket and hence the flight was not affected by a schedule change, it remains non-refundable under carrier terms.
Qatar Airways placing your ticket on open status allows for post-departure rebooking per standard fare rules (subject to applicable fees and fare differences), rather than a goodwill refund.
