Just be aware of their absurd Platform fees and Cancellation policies before you book.

Worst company to buy your tix from. I made a mistake on my fast name and they refused to fix it. Called customer care to speak to a manager was told manager isn't available to talk he will call you back in 5 hrs witch is midnight my time. Pay little extra and book through a different site!

Cancelation/Refund was not made clear when booking.
Cancelation with refund is pretty poor, it was not made abundantly clear when booking that the cancelation period for full refund was only after 24hrs after the initial booking. Nor was it made clear that the fair type would determine weather or not you can get a full refund. Only a very small portion of the ticket cost was refunded.

Fake Company not initiating refund
I would like to highlight that I have booked a flight from kolkata to bangkok for 26th September for thai lion air using this platform. Suddenly on 9th of September Budgetair mailed me that flight is cancelled and no reason was mentioned. I check on thai lion air website and it was showing cancelled when I asked for my refund budget air is giving me a shitty reason which is a lie that I have asked for rescheduling that’s why it is not eligible for refund.
1) Budget air itself dropped an email to me that flight is cancelled and I am eligible for full refund.
2) if I have asked for rescheduling the flight They haven’t shared any evidence for that.
3) I contacted Thai lion air and they directly told me that budgetair is responsible for this refund as if the flight is cancelled 3rd party platform will get the refund from airlines.
I would need my full refund of this cancelled flight ASAP as this is a hard earned money for us. Requesting team to help in this matter asap so that it doesn’t gets escalated to higher level.

Most affordable flights I could find
We fly on a budget, and I always compare prices. The last two trips we booked BudgetAir was the most affordable. We have not needed to use customer service so cannot attest to that aspect of the company but their website and checkout was easy to navigate and complete.
