Travix Ignored Their Written Promise
I selected Premium Economy, but BudgetAir issued an Economy ticket after payment. Their agents gave me contradictory explanations: first they confirmed I selected Premium Economy, then later claimed I selected Economy. Despite repeated promises to resolve the issue within 24 hours, it remains unresolved. Very disappointing service.
Update review
Initially, we experienced a serious issue with our booking, as the premium upgrade we had paid for was not provided on our outbound flight.
After we raised a complaint, BudgetAir refunded the upgrade cost for the outbound journey, which we appreciate.
However, despite several follow-ups, they have still not responded regarding our return flight. We booked a premium round-trip ticket, and we are still waiting for confirmation that the return flight will be upgraded as originally purchased.
Update:
After my previous review, Travix instructed me in writing to pay for the Premium Class upgrade for my return flight and clearly stated that, once I submitted the payment receipt, the full reimbursement would be processed.
I followed their instructions, paid for the upgrade at the airport, and sent them the receipt as requested.
However, instead of processing the refund as promised, I have now been informed that my case is being reviewed again and that they are “checking the available refund options.” This is inconsistent with their earlier written commitment.
I am still waiting for Travix to honor the promise they made in writing and process my refund.
I will update this review again once this matter is fully resolved.

RESOLVED: Poor customer service- disappointed
UPDATE: Budgetair team has contacted me and the issue is resolved.
I had a very disappointing experience with BudgetAir.
My e-ticket clearly stated that checked baggage was included, but the airline's system did not show any baggage allowance. BudgetAir acknowledged the discrepancy and instructed me to purchase the baggage myself, promising to reimburse the cost after I submitted the receipt.
I paid AZN 130 USD for the baggage and sent all the required documents. Since then, I have contacted customer support multiple times. Each time I was told that I would receive an email within 24 hours, but several days have passed and I have received no response at all.
Poor customer service, broken promises, and no follow-up. I would not recommend booking through BudgetAir.
