Please do not not use this service…Do not use this setvice

Please do not not use this service absolutely shocking my car was 2 hours late and my car has been the same since I am having to get it checked by mechanic as engine light now comes on and steering is unsteady the driver just stated he was not responsible
I attempted to ring the company but they just
slammed the phone on me !

Absolutely devastated as just passed the car through MOT
Please do not use this service!!!!
The parking tenant at the meet and greet also warned me to never use this service as he has many complaints

DO NOT USE

DO NOT USE! THEY TOOK MY MONEY GAVE ME A FAKE ADDRESS AND NO DRIVER TURNED UP TO PARK MY CAR! This would be no stars if it would let me. I used the address the company provided and followed the instruction to call 30 minutes before arrival but no answer, I called again and sent I text but no response. When I arrived at the address there was no driver and the address did not belong to a parking company, it was a horse yard. The yard owner was very annoyed and told me this has happened many times before. I called the company several times and everytime I was told to wait there and the driver would call but he never did. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere with no signal to use Google maps for directions, I had to rely on the yard owners instructions to direct me to the airport! I had to pay for on site parking costing me more than double the price, I was also very delayed because of all the waiting around a very nearly missed my flight. I arrived at the airport just 50 minutes before take off, I had to run the whole way round the airport with an injured knee, causing me alot of pain. The whole experience was very upsetting and stressful. I have emailed the company to complain and request a refund 4 days ago but had no response!. The yard owner told me this has happened many times before they take customers money but the driver never turns up to collect the car and they are using somone else's address for there company, the whole thing is disgusting!

Didn't get as far as booking

Didn't get as far as booking: The lady on the end of the phone told me that the car park was in Slogg. I asked her to spell it; she said SLOUGH. That was enough for me!

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY
Technically they should not be even trading - they are a dormant company!

We booked meet and greet through them and the meet and greet company did not turn up! This cost us £360 to park at Gatwick so we did not miss our flight with 2 young children! Trying to get hold of someone is impossible and they simply ignore you, hang up on you and I am going through claims now to try and get my money back. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Very bad experience

My email to the customer service:
((I would like to raise the following concerns regarding my recent booking with you: I booked (meet and greet) parking with your company and paid in full. I chose to have meet and greet service due to the disability of my son. On the 2nd of August at 4 AM, I called your office on 0333 77 22 789 to drop off my car to the south terminal at Gatwick as booked and confirmed, but I was told that I had to drop it off to the North terminal due to technical issues. As I am a bit hard of hearing, the gentleman who responded to my call in your office was speaking in (not very clear way) and when I asked him to repeat the instructions again as I was not hearing him properly he became angry and he hanged up the phone so I had to call him again and asked him politely to calm down and not to raise his voice but he was not happy and he said (the instructions which he gave were very clear) but in fact they were not, at least to me. I tried to explain about my hearing issues and my son disability issue but he gave me no chance and he hanged up again while I was talking to him and left me embarrassed in front my family. So, I had to drop off my car at 4:30 AM to the north terminal and then I took the shuttle bus with my family (including my son) to the south terminal. It was very difficult experience to all of us. When I came back from my holiday today, I called your office and asked to get my car back but again I was told to go the Orange car park and wait there for 30 mins to get the car back. I waited between 12:58 and 14:01 to get my car back and I had to make 3 phone calls chasing up the driver. Please note that this service is not acceptable in any way and it is NOT meet and greet service in anyway. Please let me know what shall I do and advise about how to escalate this issue

Terrible customer service

I booked 'meet and greet parking' at Gatwick airport with this company. I was travelling with my son, daughter-in-law and granddaughters aged 2 and 4. I knew they would be tired and hungry arriving home after a flight from Spain and wanted to get the car quickly so booked 'meet and greet'. However after seeing a television programme featuring budget airport parking where they had appalling customer experiences I cancelled and received an e mail stating that in line with their terms and conditions I would get a refund within 8-10 working days. This was on 13th May and I still have no refund. I have e mailed several times but have had no replies. Their phone number does not connect at all. This company is appalling and I urge people to never book with them

Pay for disappointment and pain as a complete package

Pros: Cheap (guess you get what you pay for)

Cons: Barely anyone who speaks simple english, most people spoke broken English and appears to be of Indian/ Sri Lankan origin (unsure how they managed to be in this country or even passed a driving test to drop you off)

Unprofessional approach where we had to wait for 40 mins after calling the broken helpdesk (just a mobile number) on return and then having to wait for 30 mins inside the van for another family to join. Could have been home by that time

Have to pay (with cash) an additional £5 for airport drop off charge which was never mentioned until we got to the parking location.

Doesn't get picked up from the short stay car parking as stated in the booking confirmation email but from the airport dropoff area which has no cover in case of a rainy day. If you have little kids, you can imagine how it goes.

Promised myself never to leave the car with any third party unprofessional vendors such as this. If you cannot afford to park the car in the long stay car park, better call a taxi and enjoy a few drinks on the flight as booking with this one sure will leave a bad taste in your mouth at the end of your vacation and is sure to ruin your vacation experience.

Budget Airport Parking & Heathrow Park and Ride

Booked park and ride parking for Heathrow parking through Budget Airport parking for August 2022. Due to travel complications I needed to cancel the parking within 24hrs of booking it. Tried using online chat with no success, provided helpline (0203 number) had no dialtone, other contact numbers went to outdated answerphone and was receiving no response from either email or online forms. Contacted credit card company and logged as possible scam website and froze card. still no response from company. Parking company used (Heathrow Park and Ride) is located at the top of a multi-storey carpark in Slough and has its own bad reviews. Avoid...just not worth the hassle.

Not to be trusted!!

Not to be trusted!!! Meet and greet service was atrocious as the person was an 1 hour late, didn’t even call or apologise and on arrival left my keys in my car unattended. Terrible service so be advised not to use this company.
