They never dropped off the dumpster and charged a $200 fee for supposedly not being able to get down our 24-foot wide road, after they told us they would send someone to assess the drop site prior to delivery. Another company delivered an even wider box the very next day with no problem.

Discount Dumpsters ROCKS…
Dumpster companies are incredibly frustrating. They will only talk to you on line, or the dumpsters they will rent you are not right for the job. Most frustrating of all is when you need to change something like extending the time you have dumpster. There is no one to talk to. Discount Dumpsters answers the phone, knows what they are talking about, does what they say they will do, communicates with you all the time and they do all this in the nicest way. If you need a dumpster I could not recommend Discount Dumpsters enough. They are great!!!

This company damaged my driveway while attempting to place the dumpster. The dumpster was never successfully placed and my driveway was significantly damaged. The company refuses to accept responsibility and claims to have done an investigation determining that my property doesn’t support the weight of their dumpsters. No accountability. Trash.

We ran into an issue with the dumpster placement, as it was positioned too close to the wall, making it impossible to open the door for proper loading However, after sharing our frustration Budget Dumpster reached out to us and offered a solution, providing us with half off our next rental as a way to make up for the inconvenience.
