Excellent customer service
The original delivery was poor. The parcel was not delivered on the day stated and no explanation or update to delivery was given for several days. However, customer service was very quick to respond to emails. They sent out a new package and refunded the original delivery charge without question. I always dealt with the same friendly representative. I now have the lamps I ordered - as described and excellent value.

Firstly you had stocks of a T5 LED replacement tube at a reasonable price. The ordering process was easy but I was surprised to find that the items came fromThe Netherlands and Budgetlight.co.ukis just a front for Any Lamp BV. However delivery was swift, handled by DPD within 48hrs.

Quick Delivery. Prompt service
Quick Delivery. Two packs were damaged by the carrier, and on opening the tubes were smashed. I phoned Budgetlight the next morning and two replacements were sent immediately. Very polite and friendly service.
