I switched from Vodafone to Budget Mobiel with a gift that should be delivered to my address. On the website it is stated that it will be delivered within 5 weeks after SIM card activation. My SIM Card was activated on 12th July and I waited until 5 weeks was over but it didn't got delivered. Hence I sent them email on 5th Sep to the email that they provided in the support chat. My email also didn't get answered and I had to contact them again. On 12th Sep, after waiting for half an hour in the queue to chat with a support guy, he asked me to forward him the email and he said: I will get back to you 2 days later. On 14th Sep he sent me an email that I could only claim my gift within 2 months and it is already expired!
First of all it is their fault that have never processed my gift, secondly they have not mentioned anywhere that I could only claim within 2 months.
Thirdly they didn't event bothered to look at the email that I sent them on 5th Sep.
This is a sort of fraud! They try to get your attention with void promises!

I had a faulty connection with my data outside of the NL and the operator Belana was an amazing help. I got it fixed in 10 minutes.

Use this service for about 2 years. Unlimited everything Sim only deal. Recently data transfers become very poor, my line appears busy to callers despite I'm not using the phone and reception is max. Customer service worst in my 46 years of expirience. Told me to fix my problem myself or go to mobile service. Super annoying. I'm not using my phone 24/7 so I can live with it but definitely would not recommend to anybody.

Slecht / niet bereikbaar, telkens storingen, ondanks op tijd betaald maar toch afgesloten. Klantenservice is niet vriendelijk. Persoonlijk raad ik u deze ondankbare partij sterk af!
Bad service, can’t reach them! The costumer service is rude and unprofessional, they won’t help you looking for solutions. Recently a lot of malfunction for days and hours!!
They were good, but terrible now!
Don’t get fooled! Save yourself a lot of problems by not picking them!

I requested the number portability, and after 20 days I still do not have any information. Despite that, I decide to activate my sim anyway, and I do not have mobile data at all. What kind of service is this? No information on the site on how to cancel get me the money that I already paid back. Worst experience ever. I did not recommend this awful mobile service. Losting money and time.

Worst of the worst.
Please don't spend money on this company.
The only thing that works is ordering your sim and paying them.
Everything else is freaking bad, from delivery to Customer service is a sh!t show from this company. Money grabber company! Don't waist your time.
Way too many problems, not worth the cost. First sim card never arrived. Requested a second one but had to pau for service with another company in the meantime. Couldn't set up the new sim due to their weird set-up process and then services down so could not even use the card. Don't bother!
They made contract mistakes and are not available per phone or mail. Only incompetent uneducated staff via chat. Never ever budget, I payed hundreds of euro’s extra for nothing.
