I have ordered Bravecto 2 years in a row now. Half the price of the vet. Takes awhile, but its worth it.

Another screwed customer!! I will not pay the bs shipping fee or pay to cover anything! Reported to Authorities! I want my money back!!

On June 10 2024, I ordered from BudgetPetWorld Drontal Plus For Large Dogs 35kg (77lbs) 4 Tablets for $35.78. I also ordered Drontal Tasty Bone For Large Dogs 35kg (77lbs) 2 Tablets for $21.33 to see if my dogs would more easily take them. They did not send the Drontal Tasty Bone For Large Dogs 35kg (77lbs) 2 Tablets which are more expensive than the regular Drontal Plus. Instead they sent me two extra Drontal Plus but charged me for the Drontal Tasty Bone.
I pointed this out and Oscar emailed me stating he wanted to see a photo, so I emailed him back showing him a photo of both packets with the Drontal were the same. Then, I was told they are basically the same product ingredients which I was already aware of and given an option to return them. I was not about to pay for shipping back to Singapore. That's right I looked at the tracking and this came from SINGAPORE.

Previously, I had ordered from BudgetPetWorld two years ago not being aware of the medication is coming from Singapore. I had ordered a years worth of Advocate, however they had sent me a years worth in which half would have expired within several months. I still had four doses from my previous pack to use to finish that would expire. It irked me they sent me a years worth of medication that would expire before a year, especially since I had asked what the exp date was prior to ordering. I contacted BudgetPetWorld and they did send me some new Advocate vials with a longer exp date. I just could not understand why send someone a years worth of medication with doses that expire within a few months.

NEVER AGAIN! I purchased what I purchased because that is what I wanted.

I received my Heartgard order today and everything seems fine. The cost (at around 60% of current market prices) is great for people on a budget. My only qualm is that, if you look at their website, their HQ Address is listed nowhere. It would be great if a seller puts its address on its website - it would give customers more confidence. When I contacted them, they mentioned that their HQ is in the UK. The package I received was from Singapore and the charge on my credit card says the origin is in Ebene, Mauritius. But all this doesn't matter to me if the product is of good quality. In the end that's all that matters. I'm just curious as to why the company isn't more open about where its HQ is.

I've been ordering from these guys for a while now in order to get Revolution heartworm, flea, and tick treatment without having to pay overpriced vet fees or having to go through a vet just to get heartworm medicine. Even if you want Revolution flea and tick treatment without the heartworm protection, I called my vet and they literally told me they couldn't sell it to me without first seeing my pet. Okay, so the total price to get a 6 dose Revolution without heartworm protection pack would cost me a vet visit fee plus over $150 just for the Revolution. No thanks.

Budjet Pet World has never broken my trust and they are so much cheaper than what vets charge you in the U.S. There was one time my order never showed up and I called their 1-800 number and spoke to a real person who told me Customs had lost the entire shipment. I asked for a refund, but they had already done the right thing and refunded my money. I was checking my bank account while talking to the CSR and saw that it had been refunded. I was so happy that they showed they had the integrity to do the right thing that when the CSR said they had fixed the customs issue and asked me if I wanted to reorder, I said yes. I reordered and received my product within 2 weeks. They are obviously trustworthy and I would recommend them.

I've been shopping with Budget PetWorld for over 3 years. The experience each time has been a total pleasure. The items ordered are sent by Royal Mail. It ships from the town of Shrewsbury located in the county of Shropshire England. The company conveniently provides an International Tracking number and it typically takes 7-14 business days to receive your order. Although my dog is treated by a local Vet I often find the medication over priced and it's not so easy sometimes to get them to give me a prescription if I choose to go elsewhere. That's why BudgetPet World is so great. They're lower priced then local pet and Canadian pharmacies or even budget mail order pharmacies like Chewy. Covid19 has made it difficult for some pet parents to even get their beloved pets to their local Vet so it's especially convenient that you can order a refill through Budget PetWorld even without a Vet prescription. I ordered Brevecto and HeartGard Plus and received the same genuine article by mail. Granted the picture on the the box can sometimes look different as European pharmacies use different markleting distributors but the manufacturer is still the same as what you buy in the US. The Bravecto medication I received was manufactured in Austria yet the HeartGard Plus was still manufactured in the US but targeted to customers abroad. The countries of origin are subject to change. The medication is marked with the same potency as what we buy here and is safety sealed at the factory. The money you save is absolutely enormous. European Pet pharmacies adhere to the same rigorous standards as what we find here in the US. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. I recommend BudgetPet World to all my family and friends.

Budget Pet World is 5 stars for me. I've been their loyal customer for many years and can attest that you get the best product for the least amount. I've always received top-quality pet supplies within a reasonable time frame. When I have phoned with questions...the folks are always pleasant and extremely helpful.

I was considering purchasing from Budget Pet World's site, as the prices are lower than others I've found for Simparica Trio.
However, while I was creating an account, I saw there was no place for vet information. So I called and asked the CSR I got.
He said that because they're based in the United Kingdom, they sell everything over-the-counter. That means they're enabling folks who don't get a prescription, as those in the U.S., to get medicine that could harm their pet if it hasn't been tested for, say, heartworm.
I'm uneasy about this and wanted to share this information.
