Budget Site Plans provides affordable site plans and deck drawings for homeowners, contractors, and businesses across the United States. We help customers turn property information, project ideas, and sketches into clear drawings for permit applications and project planning. Our goal is to make ordering drawings straightforward—with clearly defined services, responsive communication, and practical support throughout the drafting process. Whether you are planning a backyard improvement or preparing a commercial property application, we offer drawing packages suited to different project needs. Our services include: • **Residential site plans:** Basic, Standard, and Premium packages showing existing property features and proposed improvements. Depending on the package and project scope, drawings may include building footprints, property boundaries, setbacks, driveways, walkways, landscaping, and area calculations. • **Commercial site plans:** More detailed plans for commercial properties, with applicable features such as parking layouts and calculations, vehicle circulation, entry and exit points, landscaping, dumpster locations, roof outlines, HVAC equipment locations, and customer-supplied utility information. • **Deck drawings:** Structural and construction drawings illustrating the proposed deck layout, framing, footings, connections, stairs, and guards, as applicable to the project. We prepare these drawings with reference to American Wood Council deck-building guidance and applicable county-prescribed requirements where available. Customers can order online and provide their property address, project details, available surveys or existing plans, photographs, and a simple sketch of the proposed work. We use that information to prepare the selected drawing package and work with customers to address questions and eligible revisions under our published revision policy. We believe good drafting service combines clear drawings with dependable communication. Our focus is on understanding the project, explaining what information is needed, and helping customers prepare their application documents without unnecessary complexity. Our drawings are drafting documents, not land surveys or signed and sealed engineering documents. Projects requiring a licensed surveyor, architect, or engineer will need those services separately. Permit requirements and approval decisions remain with the relevant building or planning department. Previously operating as Draft Permit Solutions, we continue to build on our experience supporting homeowners and contractors with their drafting needs. **Budget Site Plans — clear drawings, straightforward service, and affordable pricing.**See more
