Would not recommend
Other than the automated reply, our order was never acknowledged. I sent the e-transfer payment one day after placing the order and never heard from the company at all. At least they never accepted the payment either.
Their chat feature on the site is useless, same as sending them an e-mail, no one's ever replied. Definitely would not recommend, a complete waste of time and money to cancel the e-transfer.

No customer service
4 days after my order was placed, I had not received any shipping information or confirmation of my payment being received. I sent 2 emails over 3 days attempting to get an answer on if my payment was received or if my package had shipped and did not receive a response. I tried to use their online "live" chatbot and waited for nearly 40 minutes without an answer. The customer service is extremely poor and I have revoked my payment and will be purchasing from a website that has actual customer service.
