I was scammed out of £200. I wish i had read the reviews. I have chronic back pain. When the delivery did not arrive they asked for more money to get the package through customs, Sprint delivery. Waste of time. I'm growing my own now. Its very easy to buy great seeds online.

Absolute Scam!! Send you fake tracking info from Parcel-Sprint. Don't waste your time.

s c a m - He knew i was disabled he got me for order cost, £900 for insurance £900 for 'medical card' then asked for fiscal stamps of £450- this is when the penny dropped - customs stamps within the UK? that not required - whyyyyyyyy didnt i check here - I think with cv19 a lot of us took our collective eye of the ball here ----- lesson learned.

SCAM!!! I wish I had read these reviews before giving these thieves £250. Their model is to get money from you and then try to get even more through a ‘refundable’ insurance premium. My fault all the way

Paid 200 quid and got ip blocked from their website after finding out its a scam. Absolute garbage service, whoever runs this website needs to rot in hell. They send you a fake mail courier to track your parcel and then ask for insurance.

Dear guys this budmax Uk . It’s a scam . Don’t buy anything from them . I spend £225 plus delivery. Now they ask for more money for Insurance to release my package. Budmax not in the Uk at all. Definitely a scam, they make you"but" large bulk orders that are ~£300 and you'll never see your money again or what you ordered.

Big mistake not checking reviews before ordering. Placed an order 5th March, now they're not replying to my emails or answering the phone. Should had known it was to good to be true to order online. I'm 68 and disabled so not able to get out and meet new dealers. Weed helps relieve pain and relaxed me, so I was desperate. But I guess people like these take advantage of gullible people like me!

After complainimg several times I got an email saying it hat been shipped. Then I got an email from the suspossed shipping company, the need £400.00 insurance fee before they'll deliver.

Bought RSO for my brother who is dying from brain cancer. Was insured on the phone that everything will be ok.. paid for next day delivery. Now 3 days gone and I didn't receive the package. Just an email update from so called courier Parcel Sprint Express asking to pay “refundable” insurance of £400 in order for them to continue the shipping...
I don’t know what to do. Really upset about this situation and I am in desperate situation where every day counts.
One woman out of 22 negative reviews wrote a review that she did receive her order.. I tried to post a review on their website, but it disappeared!

Update: now they don’t pick up the phone. Received an email that their bank account been blocked and they are working on it.

Update from a week after the purchase:

My brother has died from cancer on 7 March... no product received of course... Seller sent me another email to say that he is working on it and asked to send him my ID for God knows which reason, which I did... after that he blocked me from sending him emails. (I wish I could attach screenshots for you all)
So I called his bank to report this case. They confirmed that it is scam and investigating. Obviously, they have all his details and ready to pass it to the police. This is what I am going to to next.
So my advise will be if you are a victim of scam - call recipient bank (his details are on website) your bank and police as well to protect others

Please Please don’t order from this site they are corrupt you won’t receive your order and you’ll never get your monies returned
