Charged $16 for shipping and couldn't track

Charged $16 for shipping (that is with shipping protection), then find out that part was shipped via USPS Parcel Select, then via USP Mail INNOVATIONS. Part was not able to be tracked by me on the tracking number given by Bud's personnel. It arrived a few days later than you would expect for shipping to my location (about 6 hours away). It is bad enough paying shipping 16 bucks for a part that fit in an envelope, but the fact that they couldn't give me a legitimate tracking number was inexcusable, plus using a cheap second-rate carrier. Glad I didn't have a firearm shipped from them. I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

Fake cash discount and bait and switch merch.

First off before I ordered my firearm I was told there was a cash discount. That they counted EFT as cash and if I was willing to wait 5 days for processing I would get a discount off my purchase. FALSE. I ordered, used EFT, waited over a week for processing (2 weeks total) for the package. I picked it up and it was supposed to have 3- 17rd mags and 1-15rd. It instead had 3- 15rd and 1- 17rd.
I called and spoke to Gabe who after consulting with his manager told me it was a listing issue, NOT their mistake and they don't have mags sitting around. So they would give me a $30 coupon toward a future purchase or I could return everything for a refund. So either take it or nothing. A 17rd mag cost about $45. And while a 15rd is certainly nice, I ordered this kit specifically because it came with the 17rd mags. Then I asked where my cash discount was. He said there wasn't one. So not only a fake inducement (cash discount) to order but bait and switch on the actual products with a take it or leave it attitude. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THESE CLOWNS. No effort to do the right thing ir make it right. They had my money and didn't care.

Second time ordering this particular ammunition and the price is good. They are reasonable with timeliness and excellent with communication.

Refuse to place an order of mine…

Refuse to place an order of mine without a legitimate explanation. Customer Service person very short with me. Didn't attemp to assist or offer a resolution to this unknown issue. Maybe they don't owe me an explanation but wouldn't that be good business, good customer service? At least explain the problem to me an offer a resolution if any.

A little upset yes. Thought I stumbled on a one stop shop for all my firearm needs.
