The tour was supposed to be in English and Spanish. When Spanish was not being spoke the Spanish speaking people were talking loudly when English was being spoken by the guide to the point that you couldn’t hear the guide. Ultimately it was simply a bus ride to Amsterdam and Brussels which can be done cheaper using alternatives.

I've never seen a better service

It was a great experience to take part in the tour. Eva was a great tour guide, very knowledgable on both History, geolog and the fauna of Picos de Europa.

Very poorly organized, very poor English from the guide (unintelligible), bad coordination with the group and among the guides, and they react very poorly to any type of feedback. Only the girl who did the local guide was good.

1. We were told only five minutes before getting on the bus that no food or drink is allowed. I had to rush with finishing my hot coffee while walking, and when I was getting on the bus, I was stopped by the driver because I was holding the cup. I had to show him that it’s empty before he’d let me get on. A lady after me carrying a bread in the paper bag was stopped too and I heard her reasoning with the driver:”I’m not eating, I’m just putting it in the bag…that’s not allowed??”
It’s ridiculous. I understand that you don’t want people to eat or drink on the bus, which is actually not very considerate since it’s a very early meetup and a very long trip, but I can respect the rules if you said so earlier and being more polite.

2. It was a big group, and people have problems being punctual. It might help if the guide could emphasize the importance of that more often and more seriously. We wasted quite a lot of time on waiting and head-counting.

3. We didn’t have 3 hours of free time in Luxembourg. It was 2:15. And since we had to walk back to the bus, it was more like a 2 hour free time.

Very beautiful tour with highlights of the region. Bilingual guide. However we found the programme a little too busy and would suggest to skip 1 stop. We only had 2 hours at Gaztelugatxe, which is little if you want to climb to the ermita

We booked the trip at the last minute but our tour guide Clara was absolutely fantastic! She made sure we had a great experience.

Best way to travel to Cavadonga lakes from Oviedo and Gijon. Everything was as it was said. Paco was excellent driver and Ana excellent guide.

The day trip didn’t go in the order of the itinerary on your website. There was not enough time in our second stop, a better balance would have been nice.

Our tour guide was hard to hear and understand. He didn’t use a microphone so on the walking tour we couldn’t hear him or follow along.

Wonderful arrangement & perfect time management. Pedro is the best guide i’ve ever met! The level of attentiveness is unbelievable. He remembers most of the participants’ names. When in Pena Palace, i was at the very back of the group because the pathway was narrow. Although we are a room apart, he called our names and told us to see whats next to us!! Very impressive!! He is very presentable too.
