Bus was very uncomfortable, no leg room and the seats were just plain uncomfortable... No eating or drinking allowed in the bus.. unless you buy the water from them!! The whole drive from Amsterdam to Brugge and back the bad swerved back and forth in the lane like either the driver was not a good driver or the bus was not mechanically sound. The guide at in Brugge was very nice but extremely boring... Learned almost nothing and what I did learn I don't think was true .. on the bus ride home now and can't wait to be done with this special bit of hell!

Our two guides split the 40-some of us into two groups. Both were personable, knowledgeable, and gentle cat herders. Both were easily understood in English. We spent most of our time and our various tours with our guide, Robinson, who had a great sense of humor in addition to his other talents. There was a lot of walking, much of it uphill, but none of us seemed over-taxed. We came away with a great deal more information and understanding of the area and the various sites than we brought with us. His tours within the palaces and gardens were wonderful. We experienced a lot in a few hours, with the perfect combination of guided and free time. We highly recommend this tour.

Horrible tour. The coach is very old,and uncomfortable and not allowed to eat and drink.

Rather than allocating everyone a seat number, it was a free for all, people pushing their way into the bus, and I couldn’t sit next to my friend.

Hi, we were there on 27.3. on the Sintra Cabo da Roca foam palace tour... however, when we left we were told that the Foam Palace and Cabo da Roca were closed and we didn't visit any of the listed places except Sintra and Cascais, however they lied that Cabo da Roca was closed, we asked all the people they all said it was impossible for it to be closed and we went by taxi and subsequently paid what we should have had from the agency, where we came to the conclusion that they only take big money, and from the city center to Sintra is train 2€ so there are also buses that take you from place to place so don't waste your money because they are very bad

Guide was great and having a small group was great too. Would recommend using this tour group. Using whisperers is the absolute best way to be guided.

It`s great to know that there are still companies that work for value and for customers, not for making a tick and get money. In this case, it was not only a great sightseeing experience of Spain, with a good and professional guide, but also affordable for those, who generally can`t afford those tours. Please don`t decrease in quality Buendiatours, greetings from customers are much better…

Tours are really quality, not gonna lie. Excursion around Barcelona for just 50 euro - bargain. Ask anyone, they confirm that this is a real deal. I will advise this platform to those into travelling.

We had an excellent guide and driver. Highly recommend day trip to Luxembourg.

We opted for the Aveiro and Costa Nova day trop from Porto and we loved it. Truly enjoyed each of the places we visited, our tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable about Aveiro, Costa Nova, and the Chapel do Senhor de Pedra. Our last stop at the Chapel was the best part of our trip. It's just such a unique chapel location. Never seen anything like it.

Also, enjoyed out 45 minute Moreira boat ride along the Aveiro canals. Lovely and the tour guide was amazing too.

Worth every penny! I'd highly recommend it to everyone. My husband, 3 year old son, and I enjoyed it so much. Very family friendly tour.

Every time we're in Europe, I'd definitely book trips from Buendia.

It was 3 hours and so great. He took his time to explain to us everything he could.

We had a fantastic time and learned a lot about the places we visited, their historical context, and local traditions. What kind of website is this, I don't understand at all. So I found that they provide some toursm and they have locations posted in their page like disctover these. When I actually press on them like Granada in Spain, there were no tours at all! Why would you put it out then if you have nothing to offer in these, this is just lack of awareness and makes it look like you don't care.

hello, we went to a day trip in Segovia & Toledo, with our guide Lidia and the driver Valentin. Both were amazing and Lidia very well prepared, nice to us, she explained everything twice, both in Spanish and English, She is very nice and helpful, and you must take both entree to Alcazar from Segovia (no guide inside) and Cathedral of Toledo that is amazing (Lydia is presenting you the major areas- very interesting!), nothing to compare too, including all what i've visit in Italy! I strongly recommend to book this trip, both cities are amazing and different!

When I made a reservation for this tour, I specifically made sure via the info on the page that it would be offered in English. I don’t expect it to be all about me, so even bilingual would be great—maybe even preferred as it could help with learning Spanish! However, I was contacted just 24 hours before to let me know that there were not enough English speakers on the trip to provide an English experience. Buendía offered to let me cancel, but at this point, it was really too late to make other plans to see these sights. On the tour, the only non-Spanish information that was provided was where we were stopping and what time to be back in the bus. I was also told I could ask questions, but where could I start without knowing much about what the tour guide was talking about?
So I used Google Translate when I had a good enough phone signal to transcribe all the historical and cultural information our (very knowledgeable) guide was offering everyone else. And I thankfully made a friend with the only other foreigner on the trip, who translated a few other things for me. Otherwise, it would have been a very isolating and unfortunate experience. I still missed out on a ton of the content.
This trip was very beautiful and I still enjoyed myself, to a degree. I am a photographer, and I got some great shots! However, I would have also enjoyed all the other info the tour was offering. I can still somewhat recommend this trip, just do not assume that the languages offered on the information page will be honored.
