Ignores for months, then refuses service

Unfortunately cannot recomment buying anything from them. Delivery and such is fine, but if there is ever anything wrong with a chair costing 1000s of Euros that you bought from them, then they will simply ask you for non-existent information (they asked me to provide a picture of a label that does not exist on my chair). Then I told them it does not exist on my chair. Then followed several months where they simply ignored me. When I then wrote back and told them I would escalate the case to official sources, they now said they did not respond, because I did not provide the info they asked for (some of which they never asked for, and some of which I already told them I could not provide). Then they wrote back that they cannot offer to help me.

My EU guarantee was valid for 10 years in my understanding. It seems they on purpose delayed responding to my emails to make sure that my legal guarantee would expire. I am currently looking for legal advice with the BMJV, Universalschlichtungsstelle and Streitbeilegungsstelle, which I can see is free of charge for me as a consumer to file a complaint about these abusive practices from this company towards me.
