I have boots and two pair of trainers for a bit over a year now and sandals I've just ordered. So far I'm satisfied with quality and I just love how they look! Nothing broke. White soles are a bit tricky to clean but I kinda expected it.

Absolutely gutted. My husband bought me a pair of the vegan black chai trainers to replace my docs and after only 9 months one sole has cracked entirely and the other has started to in the same place.
Incredibly disappointed in the quality for how much they cost. Won't be buying Buffalo again.

My boots arrived today (classic, black leather) so I haven't worn them around yet. They look great but the left one is too tight. I have very narrow feet so I was surprised. I am even more surprised after coming to Trustpilot and discovering that most of the reviews are complaining about the shoes being too big. I think I'll just wear them in but it's definitely going to be painful. Disappointment with the fit but they look good.

I was given some leopard print Buffalo Corin trainers for my birthday and I loved them so much.
They were more lightweight than I imagined and not as high as the platforms but still chunky which is why I loved them.
They are comfy shoes and easy to walk in and look great.
But they didn't last long. Within 6 months, the coating/pattern began to peel and flake and the bottom of the shoes had worn through and begun to disintegrate.
Now they're sponges so if you walk in any rain they are sucked into the sole.
This is so disappointing considering the price of Buffalo's.
I can't find any way to repair them.
I like to wear my trainers to death, so I am gutted that these had such a short lifespan.

I have ordered some Buffalo Flats so I am really hoping these don't have the same problem as the Corins as the sole seems to be a different material.
Time will tell.

I love the style of the shoes Buffalo makes and have done since I was a teen, but it seems like you pay mainly for the aesthetic and not the quality.

Don't bother buying from here. You have to spend an extortionate amount, then it was almost £30 for delivery. THEN (Whilst I'm aware they do warn you on their website) what i wasn't expecting was an additional £52 import tax! Have yet to receive them so will update when I do,

Huge size difference in between shoes, meaning one pair I bought was painfully too tight. Customer services wouldn’t accept my refund as the 30 day window was reached, despite this being because the delivery company was holding my parcel, and their facilities were closed for the holiday season. Customer service offered 0 help or advice whatsoever

Idk how everyone say the shoes are bad quality the only problem I has was that I forgot to had a communication on my bank transfer and I’m worried I won’t get my shoes or my money back

I bought a really beautiful pair of white sneakers which I was super happy with. The quality unfortunately sucks. I've worn them like 5 times now and there are so many black sweeps all over the shoes which you can't get off. Also, the layer of white paint is coming off the sole which makes the shoe yellow. So sad about this :(

I love the shoes, the style and branding but I had 4 pairs already and the sole just breaks after less than 1 year. I also bought last year their platform sandals and they are horribly uncomfortable. Heavy af! I don't think I will buy anymore. It's a waste of money

All round terrible. First of all their site has a minimum spend of like £180, what the hell is up with that? Secondly, the shoes are bigger than they are stated to be, the "size 8" shoes are way bigger than that, I'be never had shoes have this much space. Worst of all is the shoes are TERRIBLE quality. I've had them 2 1/2 months and already the sole is peeling off of the shoe which it is glued down onto. Almost £200 I might aswell have set on fire. The customer service number listed on their website also comes up as a fake number when you call it. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Loved my shoes, but broke after about a year of wearing them. Have tried to glue them a few times but now are completely broken after 2 years. It’s a shame as they’re quite expensive and I expected better quality.

I have had trouble with them FOR YEARS. One pair from the CLD collection has soles that are falling apart only after 2 years of wearing them, just during winter months, for casual wear only. Everything from the Buffalo London platform collection IS AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE. The size difference from 37 to 38 (because apparently, you need a size smaller, but they do not even inform you of this on their website) is actually much more than ONE SIZE difference. I sent them a picture and explained. They had the audacity just tell me ''sorry for the inconvenience, sizes vary between models'' BUT IT IS THE SAME MODEL, JUST A DIFFERENT COLOUR. It's like telling someone a blue car is going to have issues when a black one will have other issues?! Why don't they use standardised measurements is beyond me... A joke of a company really. Their customer service has never been truly helpful. They just create flashy new things and rely on their popularity without any quality control or care for their customers. Really really infuriating as I've had to order THREE pairs to get the right one and I'm still just as lost.

I do not recommend the Buffalo-boots online shop for anyone.
It’s actually hilarious how hypocritical they act.
I unfortunately bought a pair pf boots and a pair of sandals from them. For the total amount the delivery was free. And the email with confirmation, has a highlight saying “Easy Return in Europe”.

Well, the purchase had arrived, the boot was ok, but the sandal (same size) was gigantic. CLEARLY a size bigger, at least.

I work with fashion, and understand that sometimes it’s not easy to keep a good size pattern, even so, ethical brands un this case, use to add a note on the product description suggesting things like: we recommend a smaller size…

But yes, this brand does not do that. And for my surprise, even the reason that I need to return to them, was THEIR LACK OF PATTERN IN SIZES, me, the customer, had to pay!

This is so disrespectful, so ridiculous, that I am even can’t believe. So unprofessional, so unfair, that made me immediately loose the admiration about them.

If you are reading this, my advise is, choose another between the bunch of existing brands.

I had these shoes around 5 months, and there's a split in the sole making them unwearable. They're also peeling all over and look totally wrecked. Such a shame considering how much money I paid. Love the look of them just cant afford to repurchase considering that they do not last :( I also purchased them directly from the Buffalo website.

Awful customer service from Buffalo boots.I ordered 3 pairs of shoes/boots from them on 16/8 and they never arrived.I have been tracking them with ups and they were saying that they were returning to sender, this was 25/8 and they have still not refunded me and are refusing to do so until they get the boots back from ups.Not my problem and they know that I haven't received them .They promised me on 29/9 that I would get a refund and are still today refusing to do that.They owe me over 250 euros ,will never buy from them again, i have spent hours emailing and on the phone to them

Ordered 2 pairs. First pair the sole split within a month of wearing. The other pair my order was lost and I never received it and I still didn’t get refunded after contacting with the proof.

I like them a lot. I ordered 8 pairs of shoes and the last one ... was lost. The point is I paid 20euro insurance delivery over the price of shoes and when It said that they were delivered I contacted UPS and support told that they misdelivered to another address. So I contacted the Buffalo support and said that package was not sent they answered that order is still in progress and may be it will be found lately. So it was this winter since then I did not order from them - don't want to waste money knowing there is not guarantee to refund, but before the lost I thought that I would order more and more their excellent shoes, what a pity.

This rating is towards amazon, but I am posting here because im sure they were reselling the websites shoes and I have seen many of the same issue

I ordered the pink camo platform buffalo boots for 84 quid on May 27th 2020 ... few months into 2021 the platform split all the way across at the point your foot bends as you walk. It wore out the sole inside to the point my toe pops through and gets crushed as the shoe pinches back together. Completely unfixable and I ordered through amazon so I don't have much hope for a refund or a fix tbh.... very unhappy as these were my fave shoes...
