I am sorry to leave this review, but it did not work for us. We had high hopes when ordering, but nothing was ever caught in the trap. We had something go dig underneath to get the food set for the trap, but nothing in the trap. We tried multiple food items under the trap.

I tried calling to report that my package was delivered to the wrong address.(got a recording) Some one down the block from me broght it to me.The bottle was half full, because it was leaking in the package it came in. Needs to be package better.

Placed order a week ago
Placed order a week ago, paid for three business day shipping. Still no product a week later. Currently pretty upset that I have not recieved any update from Bug Clinic as why my stuff is delayed in arriving to me. Especially because it shows the label was created just the package never went to be shipped.

Not new
The product was sent on time and customer service is excellent but the product was used . There were grease stains on the inside cardboard that held the number collector and small amount of soil and scuff marks although faint are there. It wasn’t a brand new product but it works.
