UPPAbaby Tune Up Gear Up Event
We went to Buggy Pitstop for the UPPAbaby Tune Up Gear Up event as they are the official mini hub here in the UK.
They replaced our UPPAbaby Minu frame for free and serviced the wheels too. The whole process took less than an hour. They have very friendly and accommodating staff who also demonstrated the latest stroller models and answered our queries. They also offered free snacks.
We were quite pleased with our overall experience.

This service guarantees that your pushchair will be repaired within 24 hours from the time it arrives at our workshop. In fact, once your pushchair arrived, we completed the repair within just 2 hours and dispatched it back to you the same day.
Additionally, when DPD collects an item, it is scheduled to arrive at our workshop the next day. We aim to minimize downtime as much as possible, and I hope this helps explain our process a bit better. Please don’t hesitate to reach out with any further questions!
