BugMD should get a zero star review ...originally posted with one star but maybe 5 stars will get more people to read my review and avoid this company. Please read the post from Lone Rider about this company. Lone Rider's review mirrors my experience so I am basically adding my additional comments but only give BugMD zero stars of possible. BugMD's Google website seems to be designed (coded) to add product without any confirmation from the user. BugMD does not use a CART to allow you to actually see items on your order. I thought I was ordering 2 bottles of their flea prevention product but they shipped 12 bottles totaling almost $200. I would NEVER order more than 2 bottles of a product I had not used before. The BugMD website even created a monthly subscription order for me and sent me an email asking me if I wanted to sell the product for them.
BUYER BEWARE.. If you even look at their different offers the quantity you order can increase and does not show you what you ordered. Once you enter payment details the order is locked with no way make change, see what you ordered or cancel the order. I tried to cancel via email almost immediately but was told my order was in transit. Once your order is shipped/received is seems to be impossible to get a refund. They offer 30pct refund and you continue to try their product for 30 days. I just want a refund ..I only wanted to try 1 or 2 bottles NOT twelve bottles. My order was placed October 14,2025.
I thought I had CANCELED the order so I was SHOCKED to find a box at our gate with no sender on the box and open it to find 12 bottles of BugMD, October 21 or 22, and almost 200 dollars on my credit card.

This product was exactly what I needed for a long time. I finally was able to get rid of those annoying flying bugs. I started yelling everyone about it because I literally tried event before them. I started buying their steam remove and that worked just as good too. Definitely recommend them over the overpriced brand that don't work.

These glue traps are nice and sticky and work perfectly for creating mosaics out of even heavier materials. We used them with little stones and pea gravel for a fun art project—just clean up with oil if any gets on you.

I've been using a variety of bugmd products for a couple of years now and I'm really happy with them. From pet odor to insect control, the products have all met my expectations and I have reordered as needed.

And I love that the products are all natural. The pricing is consumer-friendly. The products are sold online and at a couple of stores local to me.

BugMD Fruit Fly Trap Indoor are awsome. I had them all summer long on my porch and they are loaded.
They truly work wonders.

Ordering the catch defense traps & wow they work amazing! From catching rodents to spiders to moths. They are super sticky! So easy to set up, and easy to fold. You can set them up anywhere they fit and done ready to catch anything that comes across the trap, even caught my cat 😅 they came in perfect condition and ready to use and go.

I bought the cat urine spray and we use it for our cats in their room, the spray helps Soo much it helps to get rid of the smell and lingering urine, so they don't want to pee there again. It also helps outside with keeping the cats from peeing on the porch. Or even the back steps we just respray in the case that it may rain or it's been a couple days. It helps a bunch and the packaging was perfect so the product didn't spill everywhere & came in one piece. The bottle is also easy to spray and use.

This company falsely advertises their product. They claim the product is made from citrolla, corn mint, and linseed oils, but the packaging does not list a single one of thise ingredients. Instead, it conatins peppermint, clove lemongrass, and rosemary oils. Note: it also leads the consumer to believe it is made in the USA and in fact it comes from China.

We decided to try the bug spray for inside and we are so pleased with the results! This was recommended to us by some friends, and we decided to follow up with them and use it. Very easy to use and very effective as well. No more bug bites no more looking around and seeing a little flies. We’ve already ordered a second bottle and we highly recommend this.

I was looking for a DEET-Free bug spray and after comparing a few brands I picked the BugMd one. It came shortly. The smell was pleasant and it works! I don’t have to worry about toxic chemicals or bug bites for me or the family!

Yes they have gone down but they are still there an would highly recommend finding another product

I purchased ten bottles of bug spray.
Beware! During checkout their system defaults to adding a “membership” charge to your final costs.
Additionaly, it signs you up for “monthly” 10.00 a month charges automatically taken from your payment method.
I try really hard to catch these sneaky companies who automatically enroll you in a membership.
I had never run into this ploy to auto default during order completion as all my other experiences had allowed that the “manipulation” was in the “terms & conditions”. I did read this and found no verbiage of a required membership.
I missed the “auto membership default” and made my purchas on 10-14-25.
I became aware of this unwanted “auto default membership enrollment on 10-21-25 when unexpected charges hit my account. Additionally this information provided that there would be ANOTHER unwantef charge processed on 10-28-25.
SO, rather than an unexpected monthly 10.00 membership fee, itc actually a 10.00 fee every two weeks!!!
I was being charged for membership and had not received my product!!!
I called bug md. They did cancel my unwanted membership, they would NOT refund ANY unwanted membership fees already paid (thats wrong!).
They told me about the “auto default membershio” enrollment, as an “effort” (yea right??) to save their customers purchase $????? Thats a lot of manipulation and trickery!!! It cost me an adfitional 30.00 dollars in about two weeks… much more than i would save in initial purchase.
Regardless of the unknown quality of their product, i will NEVER use them again.

ANY company / person(s) that practices tricky auto manipulations does not deserve ( my opinion) to be trusted and remain in business to continue to auto default cheat their customers!
However, i did learn another ploy to cheat us if which i will br more aware of in the future.

So to all, BEWARE of this deceitful practice and choose wisely so you dont get inadvertenly enrolled in a costly (to customer) membership which is free money for bugmd.
After all this i am skeptical about the quality of their product!! (If i ever receive it?) If you manipulate about one thing, you will manipulate about everything.. its WHO they are, im sorry to state.

I recently discovered BugMD and have really been impressed! My daughter absolutely loves the Squito Stickers! She thinks the pictures are super cute and we've noticed a significant reduction in bug bites when outdoors too. We have been recommending them to everyone!

I have ordered multiple products including pet odor eliminator, bug spray and insect fly trap - they all are awesome to use. I love that they use natural ingredients as we have 4 small pets including two puppies that I want to keep safe. I don’t have to worry about them being exposed to harmful chemicals. The odor eliminator helps take care of the puppies accidents while potty training. I love how the insect trap takes care of those pesky flies even ones you don’t realize snuck in the house. It’s amazing to see how many flies they trap on the sticky pads. So easy to use just slip a sticky pad in the back and throw away pad when full. Great products!

Due to the wether getting colder I have been seeing more mice and there joys they leave behind. I got some of the no kill mouse trap and they are excellent. I dont have to get rid of the mice of the traps which can sometimes be messy nor do i have to deal with cleaning them. they are great and super easy to use.

All bugmd products I have ordered have been shipped and delivered quickly. They are easy to use and go a long way. I love that they have multiple different products. I especially love the sticky ones to catch all the pesky bugs at my grandparents cabin.

I found that direct spraying on flies worked great, direct on spiders and yellow jackets took a bit longer to work. Not any luck on stink bugs.
However upon research, their first active ingredient is Clove Oil and that is violent to cats. Their sign says Pet & Family safe & do not spray on pets or people. I wrote and suggested a special note be put on their products warning against exposure. I believe exposure is bad be it wet or dry to a cat. I did not get any response back.

I’ve been able to try several different bugmd products and find them to be reasonably priced and effective. My favorite product is the Enzyme Cleaner for Dog & Cat Urine/Pet Stain and Odor Remover for Carpet & Home. It has worked well with house training a puppy!

I love the Bug MD brand because it doesn't have the harsh chemicals as other brands do . The scents on these products I can handle where other ones I can't. I love the essential pest spray kit. It truly helps to get rid of unwanted pests .

I will continue to use this company because I trust the safer ingredients .
