Found this company on Etsy, looking for something different for my roaches and isopods, and I found it with this company. What fantastic good they sell. I have bought the specialist Roach Chow in the original and the Orange blast and they absolutely love it. Never any left, just clean dishes. Also the variety of different flavours for the isopods, they love every one of them. I have now found there website and have more flavours, which I have now bought. Also cuttlefish ( bargain) 🥰 and also Cork is just perfect too. I would 110% recommend this company. Amazing service, super fast delivery and beautifully wrapped.. what more could you ask for. I would like to say a big thank you to BugznBits, for everything they do 🥰

They have the best range of items for snails out there and the low prices make it a win win. If you order on their website, they even offer free delivery and there aren’t many places that do that. Every time I’ve ordered from there, I’ve never been disappointed by what I received or how quickly it came. Just got a package today and again am thrilled with the quality so am writing this review.

I highly recommend Bugznbits for fast delivery and quality products. They provided a friendly and reliable service with products my snails are absolutely thriving on. The ground oyster shells were a revelation to me after years of just cuttlefish, now thanks to Bugznbits my snails have the best of both… aswell as a great leaf/moss substrate rather than just coir. Great company to deal with and won’t be using anyone else from now on.

Bugznbits is my go to for all my snail/isopods supplies. Their substrate/soil mix is the best around. Their prices are fab, and I love supporting a small company. Their foods are fab too, the only place I shop really! 1000% recommend

Everything i needed to care for my snails for a good price and with attention to detail, would reccomend every time.

We bought our sons snail enclosure set up and it has exceeded our expectations. And more importantly the snails seem very happy.
I had one interaction with the customer service, I called to ask for a tracking number for the delivery as it had been accidentally left off the shipping email, the man I spoke to was very friendly and helpful and emailed over the information within 5 minutes of my call.
I will deffinatly purchase from them again for all my snail needs.

I came across Bugznbits on Amazon when I was looking for some food for my snails, it was delivered quickly in nice packaging.
Upon looking at their website I really like the look of this company, they sell so many different things for rather cheap prices comparing to other companies and sites, I will be purchasing more things from Bugznbits, I recommend you do the same.

I've ordered several times from Bugznbits and have never been disappointed, prompt delivery with tracking. The snail I purchased from them was well packaged and supplied with a heat pack. Great service and a healthy snail! I can't fault them and will use them in the future

I found this company through Etsy initially and was very impressed with their snail food mixes. I found their website and purchased a big bundle of things as well as a baby land snail. I was very impressed by their dispatch times, tracking was available which was great (I got my snail along with my large order within 24 hours of dispatch). My snail turned up with a heat pack and was very secure in a tub with moss and soil. I honestly couldn't praise them more, everything was packaged neatly and securely, I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

Brilliant items and were quickly delivered, even though I ordered 2 days after black Friday! (Ordered 28 Nov, came 2 Dec. Literally 2 working days!!!)

Daughter bought a thermostat with a one year guarantee for £44.35 - the item stopped working after 10 months. The manufacturers stated it was the responsibility of Bugznbits to contact their supplier to get the item replaced/repaired. However, Bugznbits stated it was the manufacturer's. Basically no guarantee even though there was a guarantee card in the box.

Brought 2 snails from them and a lot of my supplies also, amazingly packaged, snails arrived alive and well! And they're still thriving. Will be buying more and more in the future
