My experience has been great with Eric and his team. The community of people we have building or whatever stage they are in are great. This will be my first build and everyone has been very helpful. Highly recommended people to get into the program!

Overall my experience has been fantastic with the level on knowledge and support I have obtained within the 1:1 program. Eric , CC and the support team have been awesome to work with in guidance me and my teammate to start their custom home build process. I highly recommended this program to anyone looking to learn how to build homes or become a home developer.

If you’re looking for a development Mentorship, builder accelerator is the one I’d highly recommend. They have been very helpful throughout the whole process.

As a first-time builder, being part of the Builder Accelerator program has been an incredibly valuable experience for me. I’ve had an excellent experience with Eric’s mentorship program. This is not one of those programs where you’re left to figure things out on your own this is hands-on, real support from start to finish.

The focus on real estate development is extremely practical and actionable. What stands out the most is how supportive the entire team is. They don’t just teach concepts; they actually guide you step-by-step through the entire process. From understanding deals to execution, they literally hold your hand and make sure you’re moving in the right direction.

Another major advantage is the team structure. You’re not doing this alone there’s always someone available to work with you, answer questions, and keep you accountable throughout your journey. That level of support makes a huge difference, especially when you’re working toward closing your first deal.

If you’re serious about getting into real estate development and want real guidance not just theory this mentorship program is absolutely worth it.
