Good communication except for the scheduling appointments system (2 appointments failed to call). Appreciated the emails and texts.

The agent I’ve dealt with was initially helpful and responsive, but as we were working out the crucial details of the policy, communication became inconsistent. Multiple email/calls unanswered and requiring multiple follow up. Agent also lacked attention to details, and as a result many mistakes had to repeatedly asked to be fixed in the binder, EOI and that carried through into the policy, which still haven’t been fixed.

This morning, I realized I made a mistake on who was covering a builder's risk insurance policy and I was stressed out, in a foreign country, trying to figure out how to get a policy asap and fix my mistake.

I called and Rhea jumped on the problem with me immediately. Within less than two hours I went from stressed out and trying to figure out what to do to a having full coverage in place.

The only thing that went wrong was being disconnected in a phone transfer but that wasn't an issue, customer service reconnected me immediately when I called back.
