Ordering process and delivery
Ordered a DeWalt cordless hedge trimmer (body only). Price was the cheapest I could find, but the service was superb. Contacted every step of the way and given an approximate time for delivery. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I ordered 2 wooden garden chairs
I ordered 2 wooden garden chairs. Both arrived damaged so I sent in pics and was copied into emails from the supplier saying they would be picked up and replaced.
Contrary to what I was told, the courier turned up without warning 3 times in one day. Eventually I received a phone call to arrange a date and time for collection.
I heard nothing about the replacements so chased up with Buildex. Eventually was informed that the supplier had no stock and would not be getting any. Buildex were very apologetic and I believe did their best. They refunded my money.
However, I have now lost a month, all other suppliers have sold out and I am left without chairs.
A poor experience overall.

I am sorry to hear that there were a number of issues with your order. The suppliers should always notify you when delivering so I am sorry that did not happen this will be fed back to the supplier.

I ordered a Karcher pressure washer on…
I ordered a Karcher pressure washer on the 16th June. After sending 3 emails to find out when It would be delivered after the delivery stated it would be 3 - 5 days. I eventually get told it will not be delivered till the 19th July. This item should have been marked as out of stock or have the delivery date stated on the website at the point of purchase.
