We used Kirk-Brown for a level 2 survey, and the communication was great, really quick and the turnaround of the report for so fast. The report has everything we need. Would absolutely recommend this company and they were great value.

We used Kirk-Brown for a level 2 survey on our house on St marys island. The communication was 2nd to none. The report was extensive and issued the same day. Would 100% recommend and would use again.

We booked a level 3 survey with Cliff & Helen. They were extremely efficient & accommodating. We requested specific items that we were concerned about and Cliff produced a report that covered everything that we had asked for and more. They offered a chat after we had digested the report to go over any concerns we may have had. The report was so explanatory that this was not actually necessary. However, the offer was there. We would thoroughly recommend Cliff and Helen.

We contacted Kirk-Brown at very short notice, hoping we might be lucky enough to secure availability for a last minute survey on our purchase. Helen was incredibly helpful on the phone, and the team managed to fit us in for a Saturday appointment within just five days of our initial enquiry. To top it off, the report landed in our inbox only 24 hours later — on a Sunday, no less.
The report was thorough and detailed, and highlighted some issues for us to consider. We are extremely grateful to Cliff, Helen, and the rest of the team for their outstanding service. Truly top-notch from start to finish.

Excellent service, both from the booking process and getting the results afterwards. I've used them twice in the last 10 months after the first fell through but the report was comprehensive and the turnaround (less than 24 hours was impressive). We had a Level 3 survey as we are purchasing an old, mixed construction house. Communication with both Cliff and Helen was excellent, they replied to our emails swiftly. The report arrived well within the expected time frame, and Cliff quickly answered the few questions we had as a result of the report. Highly recommend.

Can’t recommend Helen and Cliff enough. Not often you have to use a surveyor but although I only had a level 2 survey due to costs Cliff was very thorough and had the report with me the same day. Excellent feedback when I called to discuss the survey. Helen was also fantastic answering my emails without delay. Would 💯 recommend Cliff and would definitely use him again. Thank you ☺️
