UNSCRUPULOUS CON ARTISTS
Searched high and low for a fan heater for my sons new business start up and finally found it on Buildiro - we bought two after reading the results at around £95.
3 weeks later they still hadn’t arrived so I contacted to complain - was sent an email cancelling my order without any explanation.
A couple of days later my PayPal account was credited with the amount however, not for long as they cancelled the refund immediately.
No surprise I can’t contact anyone directly - often this is the way with dodgy sharks I’ve found of late!
Have put in a complaint with PayPal but their robotic system doesn’t appear to recognise that the refund was redacted - obviously something this company are well aware of and take full advantage of!
A disgraceful but hard lesson to learn - without a human to communicate with you’re at the behest of these unscrupulous cowards.
