Build Your Own Drone pulled out all the stops to get me some kit I needed for a commercial aerial job the next day, even though I couldn't get to the shop during normal working hours. A trip to visit Mike and opening the shop up for me at 9pm got me the equipment I needed, and allowed my aerial thermographic survey to go ahead. Unbelievable service! Thank you. Needless to say, I highly recommend Build Your Own Drone.

I have been dealing with BYOD for 18 months or so now. They are without a doubt the most helpful drone supplies company in the UK. We often talk on the phone and they always sort out all my technical issues. Both Mike and Martin are extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with all drone related questions. Products are very well packaged and always arrive on time and often the next day (even when I have not requested next day delivery). I will not be using any other supply company for the foreseeable future as BYOD tick all the boxes (and more!!).

I ordered the Luminer TX5GA from them. Ordered on Thursday Night, arrived on Sunday morning via 24 hour Royal Mail recorded post.

I spoke with Martin - who was extremely helpful and well informed. BYOD are the first company I'd use for my Quadcopter supplies.

I bought the latest edition of a racing quad (ImmersionRC Vortex), they delivered on time and as promised.
After buying the above, I had troubles setting up my quad (I'm a newbie, nothing was wrong), the team at BYOD helped me set everything up, without hassle.
I (happily) ended up buying more products from them a result of their service. They really do have great customer service, my title says it all really.
