Beautiful and high quality NATO watch straps, visibly superior to other brands I’ve had. Also, quick delivery to the US.

Fast shipping, high-end products. I regret buying one of the straps as the color appeared a little different online than in person, and it isn’t a great match for my watch.

They do not respond to inquiries on returns, and just try to return something to the Netherlands without some direction. It's as if they want you to keep their items by using the return process as an obstacle. Will not use them again unless they respond.

However, extremely disappointed with shipping practices. I chose FedEx Express service expecting expedited delivery. However, due to severe understating of the value of the straps in the ‘commercial invoice’ sent by you to FedEx, it resulted in Customs inspection, 48% duty imposition, and considerable delay in eventual delivery.

Wonder why do you adopt such practices of understating the value to the extent of 94% of actual value, causing this hassle.

Negative stars for the shipping policy and five starts for the strap quality Net rating of 2 stars.

I bought the Siena 18mm (regular length) by JPM for my Speedmaster Reduced. It's a beautiful, high quality strap – right up there with the very best, and a perfect match for the watch. Four stars rather than five only because I can see machining marks on the sides of the buckle. My strap is slightly less vintage in appearance than the one in their website photos, but is no worse for that. It may well end up looking like that as its patina develops.

I've completed 2 orders and returned both of them. Unfortunately I just don't really like leather straps and wasn't that impressed with the quality so returned both of them.

You have to pay for your returns (as stated in the terms), but both returns were handled quickly. Sorry for the hassle, but thanks for your service anyway.

Three times I experienced quality control issues on the same order, same item. After some cajoling, support was responsive but I was still made to pay shipping on one of the multiple returns. The experience was daunting; never has this happened with other manufactures even once before.
