Bulbhead has terrible customer service

Bulbhead has terrible customer service. I’ve called 4 times to talk to a supervisor and they say they will can me back in 24-48 hours. No one has called me back and I don’t think they will.

The telephone connection is always bad and you can’t understand them clearly.

The product was good but I had to return 4 of the Pocket Hoses and the return charge was $34.11 and they will not reimburse me.

Don’t order because you will not get customer service!

My oder shipped out on the 15th

My oder shipped out on the 15th, it is now the 27th and it is still sitting in Melrose Park Il since the 19th.i called to kvetch and was told it would be here by the 30th. Jury is out on that i bet rheyre shipping me an identical product via UPS or Fedex ground to get it here. They make good products, their shipping leaves a lot to like.

specifically ordered 100ft of garden hose. Received 25 ft. When you go to checkout, it defaults to 25 ft and you cannot correct before it charges your card.

I really cannot use this and it costs more to return than its worth. Will not order again. out $

2 pairs of sunglasses in limbo

I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses from bullhead on 4 /19/25 I have not received anything telling me when they should arrive. I was charged $52 and change on my CC and I have not yet received them as of 5/7/25.
I keep getting more and more ads from them wanting me to purchase other products from them. WHY SHOULD I ? I have contacted their terrible AI customer service and sent the 3 emails now none which were answered satisfactorily. ( one was answered with what is my problem ). I stayed my issues with non - delivery and poor customer service to no consequence or reply so far. I think they either do not have the resources to handle their business or they are a scam. I have not decided which. If my order does not arrive very soon within a few more days I am going to contest the charge to my CC that was made for what I ordered.

worst customer service anywhere. They have an offer the play while you are waiting on hold. I thought I would get it. Turns out it was $10 more than they quoted. and they would not honor it.

Be Careful with the order

First of all when you go to place an order for the hose, it defaults to 2 - 50 Ft hoses and you have to select other options...which I did as I only needed a 25 foot hose and just 1. I went to place the order and I transposed my credit card numbers...easy fix, I rein put my Credit card figuring that it was the same order...bit NO. It reverted back to the original 2 - 50 foot hoses.

Tried calling and after a long series of hitting opens I got someone who is supposedly refunding the order...time will tell.

Failed To Replace, then Failed To Refund

Hose and spray-gun failed on first use. Reported faulty product on 21st March. They promised to replace the product by 4th April. They failed to replace the product. On 14th April, I then asked for a refund as I had been left with a faulty product and no replacement. It is now 20th April (one month after reporting to them that their hose and spray-gun had failed on first use), and I am still waiting for a refund.

I have bought items from Bulbhead in…

I have bought items from Bulbhead in the past with no problem, but I am definitely regretting buying Horsepower Duck back in November, 2024, meaning that too much time has passed to qualify for its money-back guarantee.
It worked great at first, but I set it aside for a couple of months being preoccupied with more important matters, and found that it needed recharged. When I tried to use it, it didn't turn on immediately, but after several clicks of the power button, it started up. Not wanting to run the battery down, I turned it off as I moved it to another area only to discover I could not get it to turn back on no matter how many times I pushed the power button. Perhaps the battery life was less than I had thought? I plugged it back into the charger and the charger showed it was "dead". Once the charger showed green, I again had to push the power button several times to get it to turn on, again it only turning on while connected to the charger, and again, no matter how long I used it, if I tried to turn it back on, it would not power up until I put it back on the charger, and allowed the charger status to change from red to green.
Doing a little experiment, I turned the Duck on, then off again, without disconnecting it from the charger. The status light should have remained green. It did not.
I should perhaps have known better than to buy something that was made in China, but the company does not acknowledge that in any of its promotions other than to note it may soon be no longer available.

Horrendous Customer Service

One star is one more than I wanted to give...their customer service is non-existent. I received a credit card alert of the purchase and I determined it was ordered by another member of the family. I tried the website to cancel the order - unable to do that. I tried to call and received the message - "Your calling number in line is..." and the call disconnects - tried several times. I sent an email noting the wish to cancel - no response. The item arrived and I attempted again to call to determine the cost to return - same message - tried several times over several days.

I love bulb head creativity and practical purpose

I love bulb head. . Terrific products and I have personally purchased at least 8 of them for their usefulness and then I spent another similar amount to buy Christmas gifts for my sons in law. I also purchased ten of the lizard lights for myself and my grand children as they became eligible to drive. I want to keep them safe and they were well received.

Bulbhead is a great company to buy…

Bulbhead is a great company to buy from. They offer products that help make everyday chores a little easier and more efficient.
Customer service is fantastic, too. They have quick response times and work to the customer's satisfaction.
I had an order that was stolen and I reached out to the Bulbhead customer service through email and they sent out a replacement order right away. That's rare these days.
