Chris is amazing!

On their web site I was connected with Chris who did some incredible research to help me find a bulb that is best described as obsolete. He clearly has extensive knowledge and did a deep dive to help me find something to replace what we had. Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

Pleasure Start to Finish

When the sales line picked up, the gentleman introduced himself, and I didn't have to say "huh?" or "say again" ever. I was immediately comfortable-speaking to a real human and not an AI bot. Went out of his way to research my questions and get the answers. And it wasn't a huge sale . . . probably the smallest . . . I was treated very professionally and kindly.
