So there was a order confusion, and after having bulbs for 3 months(due to the weather we had in northeast) sitting in shop, finally had chance to visit site for lamp swap this is when issue was noticed. After calling acct rep we were able to come to a solution that worked for the both of us, the new lamps were here within 3 day and we were able to complete job.

Tyler at Bulbs.com responded to our request for a quote to order 100 bulbs very quickly after we emailed him. He was able to get us a small discount, which is always appreciated. He set it up for us to click a link to pay, which was convenient. Very helpful!
