I CALLED THE MAIN NUMBER AND REALLY…

I CALLED THE MAIN NUMBER AND REALLY ENJOYED SPEAKING TO AN ACTUAL PERSON WHO HELPED ME FIND THE BULB I NEEDED. WITH ALL OF THE CHANGES TO LED LIGHT BULBS ARE CONFUSING THESE DAYS. I WAS GIVEN THE MODEL NUMBER AND I ORDERED THE BULD I NEEDED. THANK YOU FOR HAVING A REAL PERSON TO TALK TO.

Site said 82 and then once ordered it…

So there was a order confusion, and after having bulbs for 3 months(due to the weather we had in northeast) sitting in shop, finally had chance to visit site for lamp swap this is when issue was noticed. After calling acct rep we were able to come to a solution that worked for the both of us, the new lamps were here within 3 day and we were able to complete job.
