Awful

Awful. Pretend they are in the UK but it's based in China with no way to return items.

Additionally they ignore all emails, calls and sms messages.

STAY AWAY from this company!!

STAY AWAY from this company!!! They & their products are absolutely horrible. The product I purchased instead of connecting to your secure Wi-Fi, you have to have your secure Wi-Fi connect to the device's Wi-Fi which means that your phone is now on their Wi-Fi. First of all, talk about a cybersecurity issue, their Wi-Fi is now seeing everything that you are doing including banking information! Second, it slows down everything on your phone because you are now going through their sucky Wi-Fi. The recording feature on my product never worked, and once you left your home your phone is no longer on their Wi-Fi so you cannot view anything. Customer service is HORRIBLE, I kept receiving the same canned response from them. Their website will not allow negative reviews. Cheap Chinese crap!!!!

DO NOT BUY

The item was returned when it did not meet our requirements, was able to send back at great expense. 6 months later the company refused to accept the return. I am now out the price of the worthless, cheap, cameras and the price of shipping. This company violated its own return policies, purchase at your own risk.

I sent it back in January of 2023, well within your "6 months" It just showed back up to my door on July 5th marked Refused by you

Unfortunately, as you tried to return the product after a period of six months, it exceeds our designated return timeframe.

In order to resolve this matter, we would be willing to work with you to find a mutually beneficial solution. Bulepods do not work

Bought two of these cameras and they don't work.auido doesn't work and the videos are fuzzy can't make out the video.contacted the company to resolve this issue and was told that they would refund me 50% of my payment.if the product doesn't work they should return all of my payment.i will not recommend using this product.

Order 1 Bulepods light bulb camera. It works GREAT! Installation was easy & quick. I went thru 2 other supplier’s camera’s & they were a complete mess. I hope this works as good for you as it did for me.
