Shockingly bad company. I wish id read the reviews before i made my order.
I ordered a six section, highland cow ice cube mould in february. Its almost April and theres no sign of it.
Also a notification said id only ordered a one reservoir ice cibe tray! As if??? Who wants to make one ice cube?
Still has not arrived all these weeks later, and I dont hold out much hope. £15 down the drain. Why do i never learn?

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE - SCAM COMPANY - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.
I can't make this much clearer.

I ordered a valentines card on 17th Jan 2026. It still has not arrived. I was given two different tracking numbers. I have sent 7 or 8 emails chasing a refund and each time it has been declined, initially because the card was 'in transit' and then because it had 'been delivered' (IT HAS NOT). However, all they did was change the most recent update to show it as delivered rather than still at Heathrow Airport (they couldn't even be bothered to changed the date & time on the tracking website). It appears it was a scam tracking website as well. They have various Facebook pages which link to this company so be careful. I'm never going to see my £15 again.

Advised product was from the UK and would arrive within 24 hrs. After sale turns out it’s from china with about six weeks delivery. Refused to cancel order or deliver. Order never arrived and refund never received. Would never use again

If I could give no stars I would! I thought the company was in U.K. but turns out it’s in Hong Kong and they’ve scammed me with taking too much money out of my account.

Ordered some Highland cow ice cub trays yesterday. Got a receipt confirmation for £26.98.
However also got a Paypal transaction receipt for £33.73 with £6.75 of tax added. Wish I had read the reviews beforehand but since it was supposedly a .co.uk company, I didn't.
I've emailed them but doubt I'll get a reply nor my order from what I have read.
I've contacted my bank to complain.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Terrible company.
Took well over a month for the product to arrive.
A valentines day card that arrives after valentines day is not much good.
Have asked over 8 times for a refund and each time been fobbed off or told no.

Worst site I have ever used . There is no customer service, can't speak to anyone. Can't return any items as no one gives you a return address. AVOID AT ALL COST.

SENT SO MANY EMAILS AND NO ONE HAS GOT BACK TO ME WHEN I EXPLAINED I HAD ORRDER IN ERROR 10 MINS AFTER PLACING ORDER THEY EMAILED SAYING IT WAS TO LATE AS ITS BEEN SENT.

I ordered a valentines mug from this site & it still hasn’t arrived ( 4 days after the event !!!) , I’m getting supposed tracking information but still no product .
The final cost included a tax that was not included in the original cost , as I thought I was ordering from a UK company with a UK email .
Like other reviewers I would advise not to order from this company .

Disgraceful company. Overcharged and refuse to refund. The product is terrible quality and not what was advertised.

Really disappointed with my experience ordering from bulesky.co.uk. The delivery was extremely slow and far beyond what was advertised at checkout. Communication was poor, and I had to chase for updates instead of being kept informed.
If you need something in a reasonable timeframe, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Very frustrating experience overall.

Placed an order 30.11.25 for a game, a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. After I paid by PayPal I received an invoice and £4.99 VAT had been added. It's not the amount, it's that I had no prior knowledge of this until after I'd paid. I contacted them and they refunded most of the VAT, but not all of it. Then, nothing arrived for 7 weeks! After Christmas, I asked for a refund and was told they couldn't refund whilst the goods were in transit. They refused to say why this was. They insisted I wait until the item arrived, then if I wasn't happy, I could request a refund. I said "what if it never arrives?". They ignored that so I raised a dispute with PayPal based on the fact that my item had not been received. Whilst PayPal investigated, the item arrived, mid January. PayPal dismissed my claim as the item had arrived! They weren't interested that it had taken 7 weeks. I contacted the company again, as per their instructions, to say the item had arrived and I didn't want it. They refused to reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY, NOR RELIABLE. They dont respect or abide by UK distance selling laws and your money is not safe. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

I ordered a Snorting Pig Game at the end of November as a Secret Santa present. As stated on previous reviews, this was widely advertised on FB and Instagram. I still haven't received the goods and on multiple occasions have been given a tracking number that goods nowhere and have been told to be patient. This company is robbing people of their hard earned money and I will not drop this , even though it was only approx £15

Order took 6 weeks to come. Awful quality. I do think this is a scam company. Do not order from them.

If I could put 0 stars I would terrible service terrible customer service and absolutely rubbish quality product.

Waited well over a month for a calendar, whilst receiving dozens of spurious “shipping updates”. Eventually received two copies of what turned out to be AI slop. Absolute rubbish.
