I thought I could trust Buletboard and when I ordered I never received it. It said was delivered which is totally untrue 😡 I’ve seen other reviews about the Bluetooth speaker theirs have said coming from China but mine said Ireland. I now realize I’ve scammed and I hope others will read this before ordering from them 😡

Terrible!!. I ordered 2 dragon eggs for Christmas gifts. Had not received them. On 1/3 I contacted them and suddenly the tracking was updated to show that it wasn't chicago on that date.on the 13th I contacted them because the tracking number said the product was stuck in Chicago since January 3rd.They sent me a notice saying it was updated and delivered on the 13th to my porch. My mailing address is a p.o. box. There is no such thing as a porch. When I told them this, they said sorry we just were told it was delivered. You'll have to check with the Post Office. They will not respond any further. Won't give me information as to where it was supposedly delivered and by whom.

The worse company ever! My package has been lost for over a month and they keep telling me to wait. This is such a scam. Do not buy. We have been in contact with law enforcement and my credit card company. DO NOT BUY! Worse customer service ever

I ordered 4 toys from buletboard. It took forever to receive package because it was coming from China which I didn't know when I ordered them. After I received them, I tried them as they were gifts for kids and they pinched my fingers. I contacted buletborard by email which is their ONLY way to contact them. They originally offered me $4 refund. I paid $30.31 so I obviously said no, then offered $6. I told them no. They explained that return fees are very expensive and that the warehouse that has the products is a different location than where it was sent from?? I went to post office to see what the cost is to return my order. It's $18.95. I told buletboard I want to return it and receive $13.68 reimbursement. I haven't heard back from them yet. I'm assuming they didn't think I'd bother finding the return charge. The info they sent me states I'll get refunded fully if I have a few thing...pic of id number on the actual product, start process within 14 days and am able to package items so they don't break. I've got all three. This is the address they gave me to return products to see how much shipping will cost

I can't believe I'm got screwed by this company. I had no idea it was coming from China. The website doesn't indicate that anywhere, in fact it shows a white couple trying to make ordering easier. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau and any other place that will listen to my story! I can feel my BP rising as I'm typing this! lol

I ordered the white light/ charger on December 7, 2024 and now it is Jan.14 and I have not received it. I’m not happy , it was a Christmas present for my granddaughter.

I have been waiting for my order for 7 weeks. It shows that it has been in Canada for almost 1 month and their response is for me to be patient! Just ship me another order and I’ll be happy! The product costs them probably a buck!

I ordered a Christmas card game for my don who loves to host alot of game nights. I figured this would be the perfect gift for him. Weeks later I am still waiting and supposedly it is stuck in Fort Wayne since the 5th. No more updates. I have sent 3 emails to their “support” and have heard nothing. I can’t seem to find a phone number or live chat like most businesses.
They are very greedy to take the money but customer support is lacking in a big way. I would try finding another business to support until these guys make an effort to get it right.

Buyer beware!! This company is terrible and are a bunch of scammers. If I could give them a minus zero star I would. After seeing their advertisement on FB I ordered a pair of size 4/6 jeans in a Tall length but they sent me a size 10 Regular. When I contacted them regarding their error, they refused to make it right. I paid $45 US and after declining their offer of $3, then a $6 discount, they told me if I wanted my money back, I would be responsible for paying the return freight to China which would have cost me $80-$100. Obviously, it was out of the question and they knew it. Total disregard for the customer.

I ordered 6 bunnies without boxes. 3 of them were correct, pink, purple and blue. The other 3 does not match what I ordered they are a mingled 2 tone color instead of solid colors. Scam!
Ordered a brow pencil for $9.99 Canadian plus shipping. Charged $31.54. Received nothing after 2 months and different tracking numbers that lead to nothing.

Ordered phone charger/light/speaker from Buletboard. What I received was cheap rubbish which looked nothing like what was advertised.
This was supposedly coming from USA and accordingly I was also charged US excise tax.
I received numerous tracking advice stating that it was at US customs for inspection and that it was in transit from the US etc. When it did arrive it was a parcel from a Chinese company, shipped from China and had been nowhere near the US.

My package has been in Mesa Arizona since Jan. 2nd and NO COMMENT from company about when it will arrive, I have emailed them multiple times.
I ordered 4 Multifunctional Bluetooth Speakers in Black. I guess I've lost my money!

Beware; it's a scam.

I ordered 2 dragon eggs. I paid with my credit card. My confirmation email said I paid via paypal. In addition, they also charged me extra. I asked about the extra charge and the paypal. Customer service said the extra charge was a computer error and refunded me the difference, but keep on insisting that I paid with paypal. (Looks like they change my payment to paypal. I did some research and found that paypal policy would require me to return the item before you I get a refund, even if the items is wrong or broken, which is what they're hoping for since it'll cost too much to send the items back). I tried to cancel right away. They won't let me. I asked for the delivery date so I can dispute the claim with my credit card. They won't give it to me. I received the items about 3 weeks later. It is a lot smaller than the pictures. (It fits in the palm of my hand. I think only one picture actually showed its true size). I asked for them to initiate the return. They said that I would have to pay for the return and that if it cost too much, then I should just keep it and they'll give me a 3 dollar discount. I told them that per their policy (which is: I am responsible for 1 of the shipping, either to or from), they would have to pay for the return since I already paid for it to ship to me. (Looks like they messed up their own scam by making pay for shipping). Then they went quiet on me and refused to return my emails. Other red flags: 1) there's no phone number to call, only email. 2) The confirmation email is different than the support email (which was hard to find). 3) The support email is @paypal. 4) The charged that showed up on my credit card is some wierd person at paypal (to their credit, they do tell you that it will show up that way. But that's still suspicious). 6) The items are advertised elsewhere at other sites with the exact same images (so how authentic is it?).

Stay away from ordering from buletboard!
On December 5 2024 I ordered a Multifunctional Bluetooth Speaker from buletboard that was advertised on Facebook. Tracking showed it was coming from Italy and going through many custom stations. Finally an email on Jan. 03, 2025 stated it had arrived in the US and was being shipped from Columbia, South Carolina to my address. No pkg or further tracking msgs had been received, so I sent buletboard a msg asking where it was. I then received a notice of apology and that the tracking number was incorrect and the item was on it's way from China! I sent another msg asking about this discrepancy. Tracking notices have stopped. I'm sure I've lost my money to this scam.

Terrible customer service. Placed an order almost 2 MONTHS ago and still waiting for it. I emailed their “customer service” and got a bs response about how they can’t even provide an estimated delivery date. This website needs to be shut down! What frauds!

If i could put zero stars I would. Do bot order from these people. They are scammers. I saw an LED radio and charging dock and ordered it for a Christmas present. It came totally different item from viseo. It was much smaller and didnt work at all. I asked to return and they asked for all kinds of pictures and videos and then said it was passed 15 days. But they would give $3 of my$40 back. They are ridiculous. Dont order from them!!

Placed an order for a microblading pencil. After 6 weeks & NO legit tracking info (didn't change til I contacted them via email, calling them out & then they sent me a screen shot of about a dozen entries - all the exact info on the same day. Fake?), I finally received a notice that my order was being delivered that day by USPS. When my dogs told me the postman was here, I walked out & found an empty mailbox. Checked with neighbors on either side, both said they hadn't gotten it. I emailed the seller/shipper just to let them know how it turned out, and it's turned into a total comedy. They told me to file a claim with the post office. But the tracking number (that buletboard gave me - copied & pasted into the complaint form) was not accepted, says it's a bad tracking number.
Don't even bother trying to work with their customer "service". Communication breakdowns/inaccurate translations, etc.
I'll spend more and buy one from somewhere closer to home. Definitely somewhere in the USA

After very long, barely updated postage, I received two over the top priced fidget dragon egg toys to have one arrive broken and the other to break why playing with it the same day.
Can not be played with as stated.
Reach out to have a disappointing email back and forth with them.to either give me another one Instead of two which will take another 2 months plus to come or $4US back which doesn't even cost what one was. Then to be told my final offer was $6US again doesn't cover the cost of one.
Films, false advertising of these toys.
Disappointing customer service. Would never recommend dealing with this company.
Horrible experience.

I’m so frustrated with this so called company. I ordered 4 of the multifunctional Bluetooth speakers in mid November. The first tracking number I was given was shipped from Italy and shows still in transit, but stuck in Portland as of 12/24. After Christmas I’ve asked for repeated updates and I was given another tracking number and a package was shipped from China on 12/30. That package is still showing in transit as of today. I’ve asked for a refund repeatedly and the only response I get is to continue to wait the package is in transit. It’s been over 6 weeks waiting!

As many other customers I would not give a star. I placed an order Dec 2, 2024. Have not received it yet. I message almost every day. My last message was to refund. They said they tried to stop the delivery but couldn’t so I am to wait until I receive it and then see if I like it. I can send it back then! I asked where the package is at and my answer for the last 7 days is “in transit”. So I wait! Be very careful of this company. If you order I wish you luck! Your going to be waiting a very long time.
