For the Magnesium supplement, the paper to seal the product that is under the lid was not sealed. It was there but detached from the lid.

There’s sugar in their products that…
There’s sugar in their products that wasn’t disclosed on the product website and masked under …lose.
I asked for a refund and I was asked to send the product back at my expense to Poland from France. Not ok given I asked for two bags and got 8 smaller bags which already p’d me off!
Then it’s way too sweet.
I had to add lemon to it to make it drinkable.
I also didn’t realise you can only drink it once a day due to creatine.
And the scoop is tiny… yet they ask the user to put 2.75 scoops in 500ml of water and shake vigorously!
Overall not a great experience. I needed electrolytes and they didn’t have them without creatine which was annoying.
Edit. My problem hasn’t been resolved. Fix it!

Ive ordered and realized just a FEW MINUTES later that Ive made a mistake with the flavor.. and couldn’t even change it. I couldn’t I cancel the order either... So yeah 0/5 for that. Now I’m stuck with a flavor that I dont want (it was delivered in my maibox so I couldn’t refuse the order). An to return the package you have to pay and the refund can take weeks…. What a joke.

I have been buying multiple products from bulk for a while now, always met my expectations with products, packaging, shipping and pricing of course.

Great taste
Hi, First of all thank you for the delivery. The product is actually really good. I love the coffee. However, I was expecting getting a protein bar and another thing but I have received an extra coffee instead. The product inside box felt dirty in my hands like they were picked up from floor. I had to clean before putting them inside cabinet also it's challenging to open. Overall, great taste :)
