Web description says 1000g ×3 and I received 100g×3? After contacting aftersale service，"oh sorry it was a typo" really? It's a scam guys，admit it and own it if you know shame at all.
I can't care less about your "refund"，I am in pursuit of 1000g×3 at which is a term of contract when I engaged with your business online， not only your aftersale service team member offered no remedy at first and tried to slide off with lame "typo" excuse，but also repeatedly insisted on "this size is not available"， excuse me but，was I the one responsible to have knowledge of what size is available or not？ As consumer I just look for best deal for my money，and you have no apologetic interaction at all. Still shame is on you Bulkbuy!

As mentioned to you, this was indeed a typographical error, and this size of this product doesn't exist. We once again apologise for the mistake on our end. As a result, we refunded the full value of your order on 16 January and also allowed you to keep the order as a gesture of goodwill.
Given this resolution, describing our business as a scam is not accurate. You received an incorrect product, were issued a full refund for your order, and were not required to return the goods or pay any additional charges.
